Утром проснулся, запустил трактор на поле из дома, пьешь чай, завтракаешь , проверил как дела на поле с дрона, пошел другими делами занялся. Похоже в скором будущем для того что бы стать фермером, обязательно нужно иметь высшее образование с основами программирования, техники, биологии и генетики. Без этого никак в прибыль работать не выйдет... Будущее уже наступило.

For an autonomous vehicle, this thing looks totally bada$$! Will buy a model of it if one comes out, it's something different and I think it will offset my 1:64 scale tractor collection quite nicely.

are those tractors able to drive on public roads also? if so, its kind of even more advanced than cars becuase its same as car + it is able to do farming work. Except that cars have high speed.

All these comments from wannabe farmer kids talking about the only fun part about farming is driving the tractor is a joke. Farming is about efficiency to increase yield for a higher return. So being able to do more tasks without having to hire extra hands (more hands/employees = less annual return) is what you want. Whether you like it or not this is the future of farming because no matter how much you love it, it is a business at the end of the day.

you just have to see the intro and you can see a BIG mistake: they forgot to make the tractor manual driveable, thats a really big mistake !!!

Remember this is just a tractor, not a harvester. Not only that, you have the choice to buy one or not. If you want to keep doing your own work, which I do, then that's fine. You don't have to have the "Robot" take over.

Having machines doing mindless work frees people to pursue work that they can be passionate about. Yes you can be passionate about farming. Who is passionate about steering a tractor in a straight line? Given time this will be how all large scale farming is done. Your kids will love it. It isn't for you who like diesel smoke, grease under your nails, and back pain for the satisfaction of being tired and in debt. There is a value to such work. However that value exists in the hearts and minds of people who find meaning in it. Successive generations will not long share this value. Tis the way of things.

How dod you guys get away with this

Automatic farmers are going in a right direction , it is better then spend money for war robot but any way robots reduce human hazardous risk factors too .and automation is in agriculture is a vast open window as well . Sit on a control room drone will monitor your robots on the farm yards and fields. Sending data and every robot can communicate each other to job done and if robot run by solar and wind will reduce fuel cost as well.

We shipped this thing out if Baltimore years ago it worked fine when you got TBE hang off it the machine traveled around the world

Soon our crops will not need a machine operator. They will run 24/7.

I honestly do not have any problem with the Case autonomous tractor, I'm more thinking about the global scale temperature. The melting ice sheets in Antarctica, the blazing hot summers where I live. all the fires in Australia. I encourage all of you think about this from a positive standpoint. Even though what I have listed isn't positive, thinking about how to further prevent it, is.
