Autumn is one of the coziest times. This time of year is the time to enjoy delicious food, pies and hot tea. This is also a time full of worries and preparing the garden for winter.
This week we continued cleaning the forest house, clearing the cellar, picking mushrooms, burning old branches.

Recipe for apple pie "Charlotte"
4 large eggs
1 cup flour (cup volume 250 ml)
1 glass sugar (cup volume 250 ml)
Apples 8-9 large apples.
Beat chicken whites separately with 2/3 cup sugar until stiff peaks form. Also beat the yolks until white with the rest of the sugar. Carefully combine the chicken whites with the yolks, add flour and mix gently.
Cut the apples into slices and place in a greased pan, pour the dough on top.
Bake for 40 minutes at 180 C. If you take 1.5 servings, increase the baking time. But always rely on your oven.
Recipe for chicken legs on a vegetable bed.
Take any vegetables you like. I used; zucchini, potatoes, tomatoes, eggplants, peppers, onions, carrot, greens.
Chop the vegetables coarsely, add spices (I added pepper, corriander, turmeric, salt), pour in olive oil, add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and mix. Place on a baking sheet and place pieces of marinated chicken on top.
Bake in the oven until done. I baked at 220 C for about 1 hour. This is a simple and very tasty food for every day.
