One of our favorite Jazz standards of all time and so perfectly fitting for the season we are in! This year we found the song to fit so perfectly with the Jewish holiday of Sukkot, because it marks the change of the season and brings our attention to the fruits of nature!
The song was composed by Joseph Kosma in 1945 with original lyrics by Jacques Prévert in French, and later by Johnny Mercer in English.
How do you like our choice of doing the chorus in a 6/8 rhythm? instead of 4/4!
