AVARICE (Greed) (7 Deadly Sins ) MONSTER DOLL- oak doll - Egyptian Queen Doll -Custom Doll || part 1 

You've really outdone yourself this time! As an art history major and Egyptology hobbyist, it was incredible to watch you make the coffin and include all the details--you even did the underside, just like the original! I love how you filled the stand with glittering stones and gems and then said "it needs some more sparkle though." Mini rant: Watching you make all of this and learning how long it took really makes me think about the craftsmen who made these elaborate things for the Pharaohs using real gold and gems. We don't even know the names of these ancient craftsmen, but their work is admired by millions of people today. It must have taken them years and they had to make it perfect, because it was for their rulers, gods on Earth. And then they buried it! Never to be seen again (or that was their idea)! Not even just in Egypt, I love learning about all ancient royal/noble tombs because it's incredible to learn about all the things people buried their rulers with. Things that the rulers used in their every day life, but also things like the coffins themselves which were exclusively for death, never used by the living. So few contemporary people got to see these amazing creations, and if not for grave robbery there could have been so many more examples.

This sarcophagus is fit not only for a queen, but truly an Egyptian Goddess! Your meticulousness and attention to detail are awe inspiring!

This is exquisite.Not only for all the work you put into drawing and painting this ,but all the jewels you put all over her/him after you finished. The colours are bright and vibrant ,just like when Tutankhamen’s casket was found.I think you have done more than an amazing job on this.I love this ,I don’t think any one has done anything as detailed or as exquisite as this before 🥰

This brings me back to a Middle School project I had to do for History. We were learning about Egypt and mummies and stuff and we had to make something Egyptian. Me and a friend picked King Tut's sarcophagus. But we took my friends cardboard box life size coffin and put the picture of Tut's Sarcophagus on it and it took us FOREVER to do it. But when we were done with it, it was so cool looking. Even the teacher liked it and the principal who actually kept the box because she liked it so much. But yeah it was a very long, long, long project. Lot of tiny details and took lot of careful painting too and drawing. But it turned out super good and we got an A+ on the project. So it was worth it in the end.

At only seven minutes in I had tears in my eyes! This is truly stunning and an amazing work of art! I've always thought of Greed as a boring sin (for art not like in the context of greed), but imagining a Greed Demon and using Egyptian influences is such a great thought! Everything is so bold and unapologetically ostentatious! If this is just an accessory (I feel like just this is already amazingly beautiful!) Then I can't wait to watch the doll get transformed into an equally bold and gorgeous demon!

Looking back at this after your Etsy experience is really a shame for them.. the amount of patience, passion, and your hardwork for this doll to be called a counterfeit is a blantat disrespect.. hope you will bounce back and come back more strong than ever.. :)

I swear, you are criminally underrated, you are a master of your craft! This is absolutely gorgeous, I love everything about it! I am a huge ancient Egypt buff and this just filled me with joy, the doll and base are amazing! I love the addition of the Anubis figure, nice touch. You just keep getting more creative and more amazing with every doll you make!

I am thinking of your greedy queen having this built and intending that all her jewels will follow her into the afterlife. As she is now an evil spirit, she no longer has use for these items as she is neither alive nor dead. This is just my story though !

🤩🤩🤩❤alone the dollstand is breathtaking and fantastic the idea to give your mother’s pieces such an amazing point in your artwork. But the genius idea to make a sarcophagus for your Egyptian doll is incredible. It is so unique and very special…but while I’m looking this video I think with all the little ornaments, to paste and paint I would get silly while I’m doing this. She looks like a miniature of an museum’s original sarcophagus. And it’s the right theme for a person that love glitter…and I love it😊
