There are 9 Windswept Doll Locations in Avatar Frontiers of Pandora (Shadow Puppets, Kame'tire Dolls). Find all Dolls for the Doll Collector trophy & achievement.
The side quest "The Dark Theater" refers to them as “Shadow Puppets“, the Lost Items Menu calls them “Kame’tire Dolls“, and the trophy list calls them “Windswept Dolls“. These are all the exact same thing. The side quest "The Dark Theater" for finding them all starts automatically upon collecting the first doll.
Unlike other collectibles these are not marked on the map which makes them harder to locate. You can collect them in any order. None of them are missable, you can still find all of them after the story in free-roam. You can see which ones you found under Journal -- Lost Items -- Kame’Tire Dolls.
