While I was a bit skeptical of the way they re-used this motif in the 2nd movie, I was still hit with a incredible wave of nostalgia, remembering the burning of the home tree in the 1st movie. It made me come to find that snippet, and I'm glad to have found it again.
Yeah I’m glad they reused it and that somebody had this uploaded, this always stuck with me since I first watched the first movie in theaters back in the day.
I can't describe it. The scene where Tsu'tsey dies or where this plays just amazes me. It's so inspiring and I think redeems the character in every character for his earlier actions of taunting Jack. Haunting and spectacular. 5 star theme.
the recent Andor series has parts where it feels like this. Listening to this I can imagine just a scene of stormtroopers destroying a native village just like Avatar.
I can just hear Neytiri's cries N: "Ma sempul! Ma sempul, ngati oel kin." E: "Ma 'ite, tskoti munge." N: "Kehe" E: "Omatikayaru tihawnu sivi." J: "NEYTIRI!" N: "Ma sempul..." J: "Sorry, I'm sorry" N: "Get away. GET AWAY! GET AWAY FROM HERE. Never come back."
Cuando escuché esta pieza musical en el cine supe que la humanidad estaba condenada a perecer, aun después de haber ganado la batalla inicial y haber destruido el enorme árbol.
sarlonds you are so right men... the plot of this movie is by far the best ever, this fragment makes you cry never mind how tough r u, the image of the tree falling comes to your mind and then all the village crying omg it's so sad :( the best movie i've ever seen in my whole life, thanks James Horner, once again you made an awesome job, just like in "A Beatiful Mind" soundtrack, good job
If you really like this part, u should listen to; James Horner - The Funeral from the OST of The Boy in the striped Pjyama's, its the well known keynote of Horner.
I was listening to this after a wildfire escape and it reminds me of the sadness of the running animals and falling and burning trees. This song really relates to wildfires
I've never despised Humanity this much everytime this ost was played in both movies You can hear them scream, you can hear them beg, you can hear them cry We are the real monsters here
That cartoon doesn't compare to James Cameron's masterpiece. It's not just kids watching that cartoon, it's adults watching it. They're kids and adults love that cartoon. And if an Amphibia fan reads your message immediately they will respond to you with hate. But there are also kids to watch and they like Avatar movies. I also like Avatar movies and I'm a fan of them.
I just avatar 2 this 26dec I remembered this part after hearing in new movie from older movie And it moved me to go and listen and find it, took some days I think is the best part of horner composition Found the clip on 30/31st dec Very emotional music clipped with the scenes of movie and if something heavy on your heart or mind Good job sir clipping the best part so long ago when I just thought of it When avatar released i was 9-10 I wasn't even gonna entertain the movie Then it aired on starplus and my father watched it and.asked me to watch it and i was a convert since I lived the movie for a year or two, asked my friend to buy the game and lived the game as well I remember a lot of dialogues places names scenes accents and na'vi I named my final handle on CoClans looking up in na'vi dictionary soul hunter High school a mildly tumultuous time in my life but that's a thing of past Still havnt held a hand or kissed on a cheek Hugs and cuddles a distant dream Reality seems silly and brutal
