I showed my brother and his partner your music covers and they were too very impressed with your talent and my brothers partner has also commented on your appearance and said what I'm sure you have heard so many many times over the years and that is your voice is as beautiful as the way you also look. I hope that you are not offended by this remark as it is a complement for you from a lot of people who I have shared your musical talent with already. The last time I ever sung was on that last soundcheck with a very famous and beautiful singer songwriter and her name is gabrielle. We was singing a beautiful duet called should I stay should I go. It was an incredible experience as It is such a beautiful but sad song. It was a honour to have the privilege to sing this beautiful song as a duet before the show. I got the idea of this beautiful song done as a duet by David Tennant the actor in dr who. He made this fabulous drama called Blackpool and he sung should I stay should I go as a duet in this program so I showed gabrielle and she was quite shocked as she was unaware of this and said jokingly that's a lot of my song and that no permission was granted for the copyright breach. But then she asked me to sing this with her before the show and I tell you Emily it was a time I'll never ever forget. We sounded just like the version in the David Tennant scene in Blackpool. Please Emily have a listen to this beautiful version on you tube David Tennant should I stay should I go Blackpool series. Anyway as I said you truly have a beautiful voice and I truly can't find any faults with your talent and you are a pleasure to watch and the way you play is just amazing too. I'm so very very sorry that you too are having a tough time with what ever is going on in your life Emily and I feel so guilty for telling you my problems I truly am sorry so please forgive me if I've overstepped the mark by telling you about my problems as I would never ever want to burden you with my problems. The first time I heard this song was when my grandmother passed away. A little old lady with an acoustic guitar sang this song and it was one of the most beautiful songs I have ever heard. I've searched and searched for so long to find Ave Maria sung as beautifully as that little old lady day. No opera performance even touched her. Then I found Emily Russo. I love your version. @@EmilyRussoMusic sounds like you would love the book by Anne Frank it's also about the dark times of world war 2, it's written by Anne Frank herself a young teenager Who is hiding from the germans i Holland with her family, it's a great book but unfortunatly with a sad ending. Her father who survied the holocaust did release Anne's writtings many years after the events had occurred Anyways Denmark is not a bad place to visited in the summer times! Right now it rains and you can't wear White shoes :(
MrBasho king I’ve read The Diary of Anne Frank as well. To have access to the personal thoughts and insight of a young girl during such an unimaginably horrific time is both inspiring and heartbreaking. I’ve always been intrigued by WWII stories because that time in history brought out the extreme sides of human nature; I find a little comfort in the beauty and love that resulted from such darkness. And if I come to Denmark I will make it a summer trip. 🌞 If it happens to be wintertime, I’ll be sure not to pack my white shoes. 😉💕

I uploaded it on the one year anniversary of her death, and had sung it at her funeral the year prior per her request.
