Very nice performance !!! This is a very beautiful composition from William Gomez that was also performed by my daughter Amira back in 2015 with musical accompaniment of Amira's brother on violin, her mother on flute and myself at the organ. So happy to read that William Gomez' son is touched by the performances of his father's brilliant composition !

What a fantastic performance by Alexsandra. Ave Maria Gomez is one of the most popular repertoires for opera singers. I have exposed to dozens of versions by different singers, Alesxansra's is so unique that I am fascinated. As for Amira, I never tire of every song of her even though I have listened to them for hundreds of times. Her Ave Maria Gomez performed at Canisius Church has long been the most favorite song of mine. Everytime I repeat, I have the fresh feeling as if I were listening to it for the first time and would be shocked once again by her phenomenal inward focus and incredible emotional engagement let alone her amazing super crisp treble like silver bell and these all converge to make her rendition so special, captivating and unprecedented. Watching her stunning performance is for me a transcendental experience. She has literally set a bar to this song as how to perfect. Giving that Amira and Alesxandra are having kind of different singing styles and if there is a chance to see these two beautiful young ladies present on the same stage for a duet, it would definitely be a great news to come.

Amira sings the same Ave Maria, very, very special. She was 10 or 11 years old. at the time. Her voice is completely different, so high and clear. Do try to listen.

Very nice : very healthy, clean, authentic, honest and undoctored emission contrary to some overrated american crossover with artificially darkened sound wavering between classical and pop... Plus, I appreciate your choice of the less done Gomez Ave Maria. It will be very interesting to relisten to this piece by you in a couple of years when you have strengthened your support and developed your instrument. Anyway, if you keep on this track, you certainly will be a successful classical singer ! :) Didier

A true alto version, it’s a tritone down from the original E-flat-but it doesn’t sound like she’s pushing. Beautiful rendition, especially impressive from someone so young.
