Some people say the legion: misiginistic, fascists, cosplayers, that they only follow cesar not his ideals.... I say that they have the Biggest Cojones of the wasteland and thats the reason they dress skirts and charge against automatic fire weapons.
man, this song brings me the image of a legionnaire taking a knee while clutching the hilt of the blade of the west who is plunged on the ground (soul of cinder style) withstanding the winds of the divide, if only i could draw...
I had a couple song ideas and thought this was the best place to get to you. First a 'viva Las vegas' style song for Mr House and the strip talking about how great it is. I'm thinking something the ncr would put on the radio to attract tourist. And a second love style song that house would think to himself. (potentially as he's about to die?) talking about how great his plans were for vegas and how it could have been.
Yeah alright this fun. Prefer the original. But I could totally hear this as you creep through the ruins if the divide. Are you planning to do something similar to the 'Ncr man' song for the marked rangers? Cause that could be cool. Not 100% it would work but you my friend are the expert
If you can nail the legion Aesthetic this well, i gotta ask, any plans to give a BoS song a shot? I think you could nail the Quasi-religious vibe perfectly
@@Saint3006 I hadn’t even considered it, thanks for bringing that up! That’s a really cool idea. Quasi religious is a good vibe - kind of like a hymn? Any further thoughts on their music style?
@scapegoat1440 definitely a battle hymn of some sort. Metallic monks from the first game and the shows more recent soundtracks are amazing examples of beat and style. As for vocals, angels of death from DoW2 also nails that sorta 'vibe' perfectly. Ultimately the Brotherhood (at least west coast) are usually noble intentions accomplished by less than noble means, so their music would likely be very self righteous, zealous and militant. Oddly similar to the legion, but painting themselves in a noble light rather than directly 'acknowledging' how brutal they are.
Comment by rosalbafuda447 This give me an idea! Why not make the legionare singing like they was telling a legend? A legend about the Caesar's beginnings to make the Legion and his campaign of unify the Wasteland. Maybe challenging monsters like the undead of Sierra Madre while recovering ancient tech to make the life of the people better and his Legion stronger. After all, the Legion wasn't made in a day by a great man
