if i were to guess it’s bc wet skin absorbs product better so if it’s an active ingredient it can promote irritation by absorbing too much at once or overpowering the skin maybe :)
It’s mineral water. The minerals inside can be really soothing for irritated, itchy skin. Especially for people that have hard water in their water systems, these can help offset the dryness and irritation from those systems. They’re a favorite among people with burns, post procedure skin (microneedling, laser skin resurfacing, etc), and people with eczema.
