Hey buddy. Finally got to install the harmonic rings on my AV X 177. Helped a lot but still had some poi shifting. I remembered a video (which i looked but can not find again) which the person installing your kit put a few layers of tape around the end of the barrel. I have a harmonic ring up as far as it can go without interfering with the oem inner baffle set that “loosely” slides over the barrel. The tape made it a snug fit and totally cured my POI shifting issues. I removed the oem spacer but the baffle set is supposed to I believe help center the barrel. Issue is its a rather loose fit. Teflon tape snugs it right up. Wish someone would make a avenger type spacer and rid those baffles.all the lead dust and crap that builds up in there.
Ok thx for the feedback. There will always be poi shifts with airguns due to weather & temp fluctuations, but reducing it as much as possible is the name of the game
I ended up ordering a 22 barrel from PA along with a pin probe and shroud. The kits are not available yet. Anyways on a whim I ordered a new 177 barrel. Installed and it shoots pellet on pellet no matter the type pellet or weight. The barrel i received in the kit must of been defective.
On the AV X i was able to modify the factory inner baffles. If you cut the lower section off that surrounds the barrel, you can now slide one the terminador HR rings or the OEM support right up to the end of the barrel. Ive seen people (including myself) build the tip of the barrel with teflon tape to firm up the part of the baffle set that slides over it .. not exactly a snug fit. Modifying it fixes that
I dig the design of the components and the overall look from a distance, but I would only buy it when it was injection molded from a nice smooth polymer. 3D printing is nice to work out an idea and fine tune the parts, but when it comes to actually selling the parts to customers . . . I think 3D printing is not there yet.
While i do agree, aesthetics doesn’t bother me, as long as it functions great. I have the synthetic stock and its not that great. Like mentioned hand position is off. Theres a taper up front that does not allow a death grip bipod to clamp it straight, etc, etc.
@@Jeeper1378 Yes, the grip position on the Terminador X-Tac is much more comfortable & all the minor shortcomings of the oem tac stock were addressed during design & testing so that the end user will be much happier during many years of Avenge-X use.

Only saw one version for the avenge x tactical. I like the tactical one I saw for the avenger. Do u make one that looks more like that for the bottle version?
@@terminadorairgunsandoutdoors I was talking about a video where I saw a guy take a all white first gen avenger and changed the stock from a classic to a tactical one with a AR grip and a bye pod. I like that look . But I didn't see one for the avenge x like that one.
