You know someone who serves or did you serve? Not a lot of people know anything about the military and the fact you know they use M4s tells me you know a little bit. But M16s are actually still in use, by the Marine Corps. As of last year anyway, I'm no longer in the Army so I don't really know if they've transitioned to all M4s, but I'd assume they will soon because the Army is getting completely new weapons to replace the M4, 240 and 249. A7X does have some friends in the military or were in. They're also patriots and support the military, almost like FFDP.

None of the guys were in the military, but I've heard one of them has a brother that enlisted, and theyve got some very dear friends that were in. The band has always had a fairly anti-establishment streak but theyve always been Massive supporters of our troops, the men and women who serve. From 2003-2012 (i believe this was 2010) this was not exactly a trendy view in the genre but as always, they gave no fucks, lol
