Wanda and Carol are at near peak power and angry. That's why they hit harder. Thor still think he needs a hammer and hasn't use all father magic. Strange also not in his peak and is preoccupied.
Ya hating these folks for the wrong reason mean while tom.cruise is out here running the scientology cult trafficking people not paying proper wages breaking up families and the years of physical and emotional abuse he's bestowed upon them
Captain Marvel should have been given a longer fight between she and thanos because of how powerful she is i think she definitely deserved that even the fight between captain America and thanos was too short.
To add on to the other comments, the fact that she got beaten is supposed to also show as a way to the audience just how powerful Thanos is to actually beat since in Infinity War he was holding himself back but in Endgame he was actually going all out saying things like it was never personal but now he’s going to enjoy killing them all, and throughout the 2 films it was always feeling like there was still at least a fighting chance but seeing if someone as powerful as Captain Marvel was able to be beaten near instantly then it really just goes to show that Thanos is actually stronger than we thought and any chance we thought we had was ultimately brought down by a whole lot, which in turn makes the audience feel like the stakes are even higher and then when we do actually beat him it makes the victory feel so much greater of an achievement than what he had thought of before
People don’t hate the Captain Marvel character, but they do hate the actress Brie Larson cuz they complained that she showed no emotions in her movie which is why she ended up hating the fans
@@xalifasteh Poor acting, a jerk of an actor in real life, a poor origin movie, lazy writing, using women's rights and feminism for financial benefit rather than making a real difference in the world by WRITING a good damn movie. They picked a bad actor to play her and, in her movie, made her strength "I don't have to answer to men" rather than "women are strong, here is why." There is a long list.
@@yosefpoysun3534 she literally did nothing wrong. Shes perfect for the role. And its not like brie wrote the story of captain marvel. Marvel producers did. Yall are just a bunch of snowflakes and misogynist
I swear, Captain Marvel was like a one-woman army. To be able to take down that ship, and take on Thanos, before he decided to be a dick, she could have taken on at least half of Thanos' forces single-handedly.
MCU really fucked up her introduction and character execution, and instead of just accepting that, the studio attacked the audience for critiquing the character which in turn made whatsherface take it all as a personal attack and respond with idiocy, which tarnished the whole Captain Marvel storyline for a lot of people. They simply didn't give the character a proper lead in time. They needed a deux ex machina that could float a legitimate threat to Thanos who had just dusted the Avengers, and MCU gave themselves all of 90 minutes to establish her. Meanwhile RDJ, Cap, Thor etc had hours of screentime in something like 9 films at that point over several years and had a solid camaraderie with the fans. So, I don't even mean it as an insult, but the character was written to be a Mary Sue, and that's just a statement of fact, that's the corner MCU painted themselves in to, and basically duped an actress into accepting. Like even Thanos was weaved into the films years earlier either by reference, after-credit scene, and eventually full dialogue scenes years before Infinity War. Folks had a subconscious familiarity with him. They did none of that character establishment with Marvel, threw her in at the last second, saying this being you've never heard of, who you have no appreciation for is stronger than all the avengers combined and will beat Thanos who we've built years building. They then put that whole 10-years character development on hold, then tried to manufacture 10-years of fan appreciation in 90minutes, Ultimatly to give her 60seconds of screen time in EndGame, get punched out of the film failing to beat Thanos anyway, and then Tony saves the Universe anyway. Which he should have, but doing that rendered the whole Marvel plot-thread meaningless. Which makes me question why they even bothered to do it. Why squander the character? Just let the fucking 10-years of development in phase one culminate, then introduce Marvel as the 'big good' of phase two. With a fresh plot, develop the charcter over a few years over a few films, as the ideological steward of the Avengers ultimatly superseding Tony, and just let that cycle repeat. It was trying to force her in at the very end of Phase One that screwed it up. And Marvel fucked that up, and no one else.
I cant believe marvel doesnt have more characters that can come and leave earth as they please. That seems like the very bottom criteria a superhuman should have.
She could have. You remember when she was fighting Thanos and she was about to deliver the final blow but then she stopped? she could've ended the war then and there but the writers didn't want her to upstage the original 6.
@@jmcgee39Thanos took out a power stone to beat her which is so powerful that it it can destroy planets, it’s funny that Thanos needed a power stone to be able to get rid off her 😂😂😂
First time I watched this I thought they were missing the shots (she's a small moving target). Now I see some shots actually hit her. And they didn't even mess up her hair. Badass
*'Marvel' has all of 'Superman's Powers' but has yet to realize it...she needs no 'Stones' because she draws her Power from Creation itself and could literally 'bend' Time and Space itself if she needed to* *She has no idea how much she can really command if needed but only because it's too much for one mind to conceive-of*
What I never understood is that she has the power to fly and crash straight through a starship of that size with god knows how much plate armour or even shielding, through multiple decks and out the other side... and yet still engages and 'struggles' in fist-fights against flesh & bone beings.
She's not fighting a normal being. Thanos can go toe to toe with Thor, Wanda and Dr Strange. They're all the heavy hitters. A spaceship doesn't fight back.
Empirehog Thanos is the strongest out of I forgot what but he’s a titan and he’s extremely powerful and strong , and if they didn’t need him down and used the same power he has in the comics I honestly doubt they would beat him , even if they did more people would die
I’ve always thought that Captain Marvel has so much power that she could kick Thanos’ ass and end everyone else, honestly. That wouldn’t make the stakes very high, but she’s more powerful than anyone else, imo.
The fact that people actually cheer at a make believe CGI comic book movie , with silly fictional super hero characters originally conceived for 12 year boys, is absolutely hilarious.
Love Captain Marvel just wish it was Superman would’ve been even more wild crossover and fans would freak out even more plus movie of the century hands down
this scene is intentionally meant for captain marvel. u know, because captain marvel would lead in next gen marvel movies. in my opinion, ironman shouldve done the same attack since the mothership is already there. unlike in 2012 attack, ironman has to send the nuclear bomb to the battleship thru the space portal. i dont know. this scene doesnt give me goosebumps like thor entrance in wakanda.
@@vCLOWNSHOESv i mean captain marvel is inoffensive, like I get why you wouldn’t like her but hate is a strong word considering she hasn’t really done anything divisive, just general superhero stuff.
This here is when Marvel is at peak writing and production. Now we are getting pure trash like Ms Marvel and She Hulk. They had a formula that worked and EVERYBODY loved. Now they are putting politics before the writing and it’s ruining everything.
@@yosefpoysun3534 Comparing cheers from other reaction vids. Buddy, you're trying waaaaay to hard to hate on this film. If this wasn't the internet, it'd be embarrassing.
@@moxyblackfiddler Yeah, real dumb to compare peoples reactions to other things to form a general idea of the average opinion of a subject. Who knows, next I might take a poll to see how many votes are cast in favor of each avenger to see what the community thinks. Real illogical and not practical in any way. I swear how do you even work your own keyboard
How do you even know it’s fake, or you just hate Captain Marvel so bad, Is it because she’s a girl and to OP??? Come on, just except the fact people like her. Please learn to except people like her. If she didn’t show up in time then the Avengers wouldn’t have survived that attack. Why do you even think it’s fake?
Thors entrance still remains number 1 by ALONG way, because his character development deserved it. Captain Karens character is just straight up arrogant and quite frankly, unworthy.
She's not unworthy or arrogant she has the same attitude as iron man and doctor strange yet they get no hate. She's really strong and powerful too and yes thor's entrance is definitely going down in history but you need to remember captain marvel is still new to the mcu while thor isn't that why he has more character development.
First of all. Why do Thor fans invade a video about CM to say how powerful Thor is? Are you that insecure? Second. You don't need "character development" to perform feats. Her powers and ability to destroy a ship was established in her solo film. Why do you conflate a character's arc with certain feats and power levels? That's not how character development works.
