3D scanned parts to create 3D printed grill openings. Finished enclosing the cabin with sheet metal, cut rear window and created sheet metal enclosure to separate side windows from being open to engine bay.

I'm curious about what you will do about the windows/windshield..lexen?

The Dur-A-Flex body was designed such that you can use a very affordable 95 Nisson Maxima windshield. Side windows have not been sourced. Maybe will use Lexan. To be determined.
