I advise anyone with issues with this company to file a complaint with the California State Attorney General. More complaints they received the better.
🇺🇸Be aware I believe this company is Chinese-based. This is probably why there is no regard for their customers they don't answer the phone and they do not respond to email requests.
This is my brief but spectacular review on a purchase of this e-bike and customer service experience.
(Update 6/20/23)The company still refuses to send replacement parts that arrived broken.
The company finally got back to me after I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint and a negative review on their website which was deleted. I still have not received replacement parts to date.
The company is requiring the serial number of the bike for a warranty claim which is ridiculous and I should not have to do that for a brand new bike. I told them I would be more than happy to provide proof of purchase since I just bought the bike within the last 2 weeks and the parts arrived broken. They declined and required the serial number, at this point I am escalating the matter.
Update 5/1723 The company refused to fix the issues and issued a full refund for the bike, voiding the warranty.
I'll take it and will not recommend to any one in the future. Case closed! Buyer beware
