Aventon SINCH 72V BBSHD MAIDEN VOYAGE ADVENTURE! My Nylon Gear is Skipping Buddy!! NEEDS MAINTENANCE 

I put my 3yr old BBSHD motor on my Aventon SINCH!! On 72V with a Phaserunner controller! I go for an adventure. That inside bit of the BBSHD nylon gear was skipping!! I think that needs to be replaced, I have another one I will have to try. I cleaned off the inside of teh nylon gear multiple times, but it just keeps skipping. That's what that crazy noise was MBruh! WELL, that, and its an ebike from like 4 years ago!! Lol it was making all kinds of noises !! FORTUNATELY i managed to go for a ride on it Lol!!
