Considering Doug and James are still on good terms to do videos together, the reason NC was removed is most likely lisencing issues since Doug sold the characters rights.
The reason given was too connect the story between both games. Unfortunately that meant having to cut NC. They also cut along of the cameos from the first game because they wanted to just make it cinea massacre cameos. Jontron however nearly made it But was cut
@@benpage11 I kinda think that was a dumb decision since why does the story connecting matter over the fan service it’s not like the story is super complex and if anything keeping it the way it was would have made the tower of torment make more sense since now it’s the only one that doesn’t revolve around Fred
I remember the first time I played this game, when I saw that NEEEEEEEEEERD text pop up I already knew who it was. I was so excited. He had to be in a nerd game.

@@jeremyriley1238 The story in the original version was a REAL mess and was riddled with cliches from the 2014 AVGN movie with a barely coherent plot compared to the first AVGN Adventures game. That's why they has to tie both games into one, coherent and readable story. Duh!
