For a 2.5 inch O3 prebuilt BNF, this is the only one. There's others in 2.5 inch in analog like the Tinyhawk Freestyle but nothing else with O3.

Thanks for the review. There's not many good BNF models with O3 and this one is the first compelling one I've seen. Sick and tired of all the cinewhoop models.

Hey Albert! Another great video! I am close to buying this Ikon 2.5, but I have a couple questions. According to Emax, the Avan Rush props on the Ikon 2.5 were originally made for smaller motors like the Emax 1106 4500kv for 4S power or the Emax 1106 6000kv on 3S power, according to Emax's website, the makers of the propellers. So, in short, it looks like the 1404 4600kv motors on the Ikon 2.5 can and should power higher pitch 3-bladed props (maybe 2.5 pitch), or at least 4-bladed props with 2 pitch. Have you tried running the Ikon 2.5 with any other props for more power? I'm also considering trying it on 3S, but with a much higher 3 or 3.5 pitch 3-bladed 2.5 inch props. Cheers!

Nice looking 2.5" quad, frame looks nice and strong, 3d prints 👍, O3 👍, flies good as well. Seems like a great choice for a bnf 2.5" ripper. Great review!!!!

Nice review! Have you tried a 450mah on it yet? I fly a gnb 450mah on a rekon 4 fr with 4" props - 4 min flights easy.

Not yet but I don't want to give up the flight time. It will be less than 3 minutes on a 450mah 4S.

You can use a 450mah 4S but with less flight time. Probably only gonna get about 3 min max.

I live in a city, so I prefer 2.5" or 3" prop drones. Bigger ones attract too much attention. It is easier to find places to fly a smaller quad like this. Tanks for the review.

On my 2.5 fimi frame like the one you built, I ended up going Zing 1404 4600kv and the Gemfan 2.5 cinewhoop props which are great, she's a little ripper.....although analog, but suites me.......those props may fit better on the Ikon 2.5?

0000hhh Ahhhhh Great hd placement! I built a 65mm HDZero Babymod a few years back almost identical . This one you dont have to build though. 65mm is my favorite size as well lol but one of these days I'm gonna get around to building that 3 inch Slipstream frame up.....

2.5” was set by Emax with TinyHawk Freestye.. 2s was fun.. but with a fc change. 3s is a BLAST! Got HD zero on mine

Flying parks or places where there's the potential of people, a micro is the way to go. This looks like an excellent option for those of us who want HD in our micros. This is probably a better choice than my Crux35, which is a blast to fly. But is definitely not durable. 😎
