i never have luck with blue gill from shore! although i do remember a lot swimming around shore as a kid. what deaths are they usually? and what’s best for bait brother?
You have more chance to catch them on a kayak cause you cover more areas plus you can cast your bait right on the bushes/structures. Wax worms and red worms usually work wells for me for catching bluegills. I don't know what cause of death in that lake, but one time I almost drown there cause the plants caught my foot.
