Hi, I was denied of F-2 dependent visa last week, in 2016 I was denied of Tourist visa. In my second appearance, I came to know from a consular that my application in 2016 for Tourist visa has a different information on the school I said I attended, this whole application in 2016 was done for me by the help of so called visa agent in Nigeria, he may have put a wrong information about school I did not attend, Please I need you advise as I have another interview by next week.

Hi Ben, I applied for H1b 2022-2023 and it’s selected but end of the outcome , it’s denied due to my employer unable to submit all professional certificates , because I’m from bachelors in mechanical background , why becz I need 5 to 6 yrs experience that needs to be evaluated by authorised professor, that decided it’s a equivalent degree . Damn , should I even bother going ? My story went to the USA at 5 years old , at 29 left on “voluntary departure “ , deported basically for getting two DUIs in a span of 3 years , that was 2017 , been in Mexico for 6 years now happier than ever , I just would like to visit my family again .
