Avoid Burn out during this holiday season.
We live in a time of grind, go hard, do more be more and stay busy. This is resulting in major burnout and fatigue across the country. What’s worse than that is that those of us who have bought into the being busy is fabulous are coming up short in our lives. We are exhausted, irritable, pained and performing at half of our true capacity.
Today’s video gives you permission to rest and take care of yourself. I want to reinforce the concept that when you are well everyone in your life benefits. Imagine yourself during the holidays feeling present, calm, relaxed, and overflowing with immense gratitude. How would this change your whole experience?
Perhaps you would eat better, spend less, and have more quality time with your loved ones… the list goes on and on.
