Those same people who call you out for stocking up will be the same ones begging for food. I keep a pantry with a lot of canned foods because they can be eaten even if you don’t have water or heat, just common sense.

I agree, family can question but you can give them something they need. And they either stop questioning, or don't see see you are on it. And never will. It is a mindset. Better to be looking at it, than looking for it.

Hi! I’m from different country but I live here now in United States. I also stockpile can goods. Even when I was back home I’ve been doing it already. Its been my mindset to stockpile whatever my family eats so incase of lost job or anything like what happened couple years ago. My stockpile helps us a lot and some family and friends specially we lost job at that time for like 6 months. Thank you for sharing.

The key for new preppers, stock what you eat, eat what you stock. I'm working with a young couple to teach them basics of stock a pantry. Keep on doing your best. & KNOW YOUR PRICES AT ALL YOUR LOCAL STORES.

I typically shop at Aldi, and even their prices are going up! I’ve been stocking up on canned veggies and beans, chicken , tuna and pasta. Also dried milk and shelf stable milk from the Dollar Tree. It’s super important to be prepared, especially right now. Thanks for sharing friend!

It's expensive here...definitely buy sales. And i buy all kinds of stuff...because when you are really really hungry...you will eat it. Ever since i moved out at 19 years old...ive kept a well stocked pantry. There were times..when i first moved out that i didt have much...but i could feed someone. Keep up the good work friend.❤

I so agree!! Loving the sales lately, and need to keep that in the back of my mind. I always love that you say feed someone else, that makes such a difference in someones world and I know it ❤

Here in the Netherlands, the choice of variation is very small when it comes to cans and jars. A high-pressure canner is not available here. You can only order this from the United States. I have one, as one of the few. I use it a lot and have built up a decent food supply.

I quit buying the hunts sauce in a can and started buying the Great Value brand in a jar. There is very little diff in price, but I can reuse the jars for dry storage or water bath canning. And they taste basically the same.

What I have been stockpiling as of late - extra money and information. I took a second job. Only storing items I will really be able to eat year round which are peanut butter, canned beans, applesauce, and a few canned vegetables, and tuna for my husband. I saw what I did not eat through and wasted. I am in Northeast Kansas. Prices are staying stable, even going down on a few things, other than gas and diesel at the moment. I fully expect with diesel going up prices will again too as shipping to us is more costly than to places with larger cities.

I am just amazed at how high the prices of groceries have become. I feel fortunate that we have stock up the way we have over the last couple of years. I agree with everything you said, the shortages are here in Tulsa as well. I do hope that people take heed and stock up what they can while they can. this winter is not going to be a good one I feel . . . take care, Miss Tory. another good video..
