Agreed....in the past when I lost weight, I hated the loose skin on my upper arms and tummy....but for some reason this time, I am okay with it. Perhaps different time, different goals - but I loved when you said something like , "if loose saggy skin is the price to pay for a longer healthier life, I'll take it all day and twice on Sunday" - Love it! 👊

👊 Thank you for doing this video. Loose skin has been something I have been afraid of since I started Zepbound. Today, i made sure to drink 120 Oz of 💧 💧 hydration is so important for your skin. I also worked on my mental health. I went fishing with my fiance in the mountains today. It was so beautiful and peaceful. It was nice to turn my brain off as well. 🥊 funny that the emoji is a punch because one of the workouts I love is boxing!! Today I am going to row and lift; I think I have a leg workout planned for today. I used to use vital proteins and I did not see the benefit; I switched to a liquid marine collagen a few years ago and have had great changes with my hair and nails (I won’t post the name because it is part of my business) - but collagen can definitely be a game changer. Also finding a workout you love is so important because then it doesn’t feel like a chore. My friend is obsessed with Shaun T and Amolia
👊🥊👊 I started walking but not soon enough. I am 6 months in and have loose skin on my thighs and it bothers me terrible, but I will embrace the loss. I will figure out either a way to build more muscle or accept the changes and entertain surgery. But you are definitely correct, when starting the medication, that was my only focus. Adjusting to the medication and then 3 mos in I incorporated walking and generally get 3 miles 4X per week.

👊 I get my 40 minute walk in no matter what at LEAST 6 times a week..and I adore dancing while cooking ❤ I’m down 20pds and when I get to 40 down I’ll be trying out the Pilates club by my facialist I always pass. 💥🥊 Goals today is rest and hydrate. I get Zepbound fatigue so hard, not just around shot day, so ate protein and had my husband pick up my prescription. Did some trauma work this morning and self care. This is just as important in our weight loss journey as what we eat or drink, where we take our shot etc. Love to all on this journey, be kind to yourself, process emotions as they come up and practice forgiveness and grace.

Worked 12 hours today and already in bed so i can get up at 4 and do it all again tomorrow. Have me a protein drink by the bed in case i get hungry or snacky later. I’ve been doing Dig Deeper with Shaun T as well but getting bored with it during the phase 2, week 3. Still want to finish it but tryjng to mix in walks and some cardio too! Was doing 4-5 days of it for the first 4-6 weeks. 👊🏻👊🏻
I don't understand why people talk about lose skin alot. I've lost weight several times in my life ( usually between 50 to 80 pounds, Ive lost 45 pounds on monjouro and I've never had lose skin. I guess people lose a huge amount super fast. As I lose weight everything tightens up, I'm not a work out a holic, I just walk and swim, sometimes dance. I also get 90 percent of my protein plant based ( occasionally some fish, no dairy or eggs), and Ive never had a protein issue. When people say get at least 120 grams a day, I think that's crazy. I typically get between 50 to 80 grams of protein a day, I just don't eat that much food. There are days I do 16 hour fasts, and I just eat 1.5 meals and I probably get around 30 grams on those days. If I have an 80 gram protein day I feel like I'm eating a lot of food

Fillers don’t dissolve like Botox so you really shouldn’t have to get more unless they move which then can move. Not picking on the fillers just giving info
