JUST WONDERFUL! I'M A TEACHER, AND ALWAYS WATCH YOUR VIDEOS TO CORRECT MYSELF. YOU CAN'T EVEN IMAGINE HOW MUCH I'VE LEARNED TO CORRECT MYSELF SO MANY MISTAKES AND MY STUDENT'S, TOO.
I don't know why but I found this so funny 😂😂, the other guy is explaining with such a great enthusiasm and you calmly explaining the right way to speak 😂great job i'm learning a lot!
I can't emphasize enough how astonished I am knowing I was learning mistakes all the time😮 Thanks for bringing this up Kevin, it takes balls to go against the stream of youtube channels misleading people
All of a sudden, I felt very, very aged because I read in my childhood the fable to bell the cat. It turned out the fable is definitely older than myself. No wonder why not much native speakers know it! Aesop's fables as retold by William Langland in Piers Ploughman (c. 1377), in which the mice decide to put a bell around the cat's neck as a warning device but then can find none among them who will actually do it.
Thank you very much for doing this hard work of exposing these so-called "English teachers". I'm aware that there are a lot of them "out there", like a plague, really, but I don't follow them nor I recommend them to anyone. But it's sad to realize that so many don't know any better and watch their videos thinking they are learning English, when, in fact, they're learning BAD English. 😢 The bright side of it is that now I can recommend YOUR videos, so I can help you fight the "disinformation" out there. Kudos to you!👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Hahaha what did POC taught everything was wrong the pronunciation the idioms the phrasal verb he must also learn English from Kevin so that he can improve his English n reaching skills
HELLO! Welcome to English For Everyone, where we practice real life American English. Today we're gonna avoid learning incorrect English, so let's get started. First, this is not correct...
Thanks Kevin and Liza for another high- anticipated lesson. I was born and bred in Lima, Perú. Greetings from here. A thunderstorm or thunder.... Thanks again.
Linking Consonant to Same Consonant When the final consonant of one word is the same as the first consonant of the following word, pronounce the consonant only once. Do not pause between the sounds, but just lengthen the sound a bit or say it with a little bit more energy. For example She speaks Spanish She speaks Spanish
As you have already made it clear, the desert is a specific one, a desert is one of the deserts. So why should we say "You should go the desert". We don't mean a specific desert here.
Hello, I'm from Dominican Republic, and I really like your videos. I've learned a lot of new words and expressions and also corrected some misconceptions I had. However, I don't find it ethical that you point out other people's well-intentioned videos mistakes. I think you can correct them by just mentioning the errors themselves and not the people, let alone their videos.... thanks 😊😊😊
hola manitoo como le va compa, yo creo q esta bien que hagan estas cosas, nosotros como no nativos no nos damos cuenta de estos pequeños errores que nadie nombra, abrazo del diablo para usted
The way POC claims to be at the highest level of English fluency with a "native American" accent, 9 on ILETS etc. but can't even say receipt or use articles :p
What about what they say ''there's no Triphthong in Engl'' and ''...o(w)ing'' as in Snowing, going, throwing etc is not triphthong 'cuz there's still a linking w. how it comes??
I guess Italians have articles in their language. What’s going on with Mr. POC then? In my mother tongue we don’t have them at all, but I always try to remember to use them. And I’m not going to teach other people 😆
@@ivangoncharov2563well, I know people who born and raised in Italy with Arabic origins, and they’re natives. Did Mahdi ever talk about his life in detail?I’m not his follower, just curious
@@anyadrawing Anya and Vanya, who else but us can better understand what it is to struggle with articles. But in the end they turned out to be not as difficult as prepositions or phrasal verbs for example. If you call yourself an English teacher, you're not supposed to make so many mistakes
@@ivangoncharov2563 I was curious about whether he was born in Italy or not. Whatever, it’s not that important. It would be ok if he and others like him just sat quietly without going out in public and teaching English. The self esteem of these types of people just staggering
Bro, there’s nothing more infuriating than watching people like this goof teach you the pronunciation of English words while struggling with it big time. It’s like, do you even double-check what you’re about to make a video on? It’s almost as if, as long as they’re confident in their skills and have a good understanding of English up in their dome, they’ll teach you stuff just because. Thanks, Kevin! You’re such a cool sport about it!
Dude, there is no point in challenging them. They ain’t making these videos by virtue of being mean or anything else. They’re here to correct misinformation. If you’re a challenger, create your own account and do it yourself. By the way Tiff is a native speaker of English.
