Avoid Moving to Lexington, SC Unless You Can Handle These 5 Facts 

Do those Palmetto bugs bite or anything? We have a 10 month old puppy that is VERY curious lol and a 2 month old son.

The other thing we don’t have is a public pool or community pool. Coming from up north people have public pools and are surprised in such a hot state we do not a pubic pool. Some neighborhoods do have them but builders are not putting them in every neighborhood. You can travel to Ft Jackson or across town to go to them but Lexington does not have one.

We had issues with pollen !!!! Allergies were bad !!!! 😢😢😢 something we didn’t expect

Coming from Massachusetts we also had a vehicle Property Tax (Excise) and it's more than in SC
