Don't know that I've ever been to Sandpoint. I'm a lifelong Oregonian and we're considering moving to a more budget friendly, outdoorsy lifestyle for retirement. My sis and family lived in Couer d'Alene (sorry if misspelled) for a while and it was nice, but more snow than we were accustomed to. That lake!!! It looks enormous! I had no idea, but definitely a beautiful area. I'm going to look more into this area and learn more. Thanks for the video. Oh, and those 7 things are right in line with our traditional values.
We love visiting OR! Coeur d’Alene Lake is stunning but the lakes get better the more north you go. If there is anything I can do to help in your search, just let me know. Ben@yourelitepartners.com or 208-400-6162
@TheDogPa No such thing as Native Americans. Everyone, including the Indians, were invasive. The so-called Native Americans just represented the most recent groups to come out on top of previous groups, going back to whichever was the first group to make the hike to North America. If you don't want to be pushed out, push back.
I suppose. But it’s also true. There are/were traditional values for this country and people in north Idaho tend to value them more than other areas in the country. Whether that’s right or not, good or bad….. is not for me to judge.
This list is so untrue it's not worth watching--but then when you get a couple minutes in, we find out he is a Real Estate Agent--then it makes sense. And, he missed a couple big truths--racism and lack of infrastructure maintenance. Both the City and County wait for a system to brake beyond maintenance then it becomes an "emergency". I wouldn't by from this guy--all sizzle, no steak.
Thanks for watching the video. I haven’t been here long as others but what racism are you seeing that I’m missing? I’m not saying the infrastructure is amazing but what emergency are you referring to?
I used to live in Sandpoint, Idaho. I went to 1st to 12 grade there, but when i got out of the Army and started to look for jobs in 1993. (before the internet days) and found nothing in Sandpoint. Then the only way you would find a job is family business, friends or you had a trade license or work at Mc Donalds for minimum wage or work in a sawmill which i did but left on the second day. That sawmill job was the hardest job physically i have ever had (green chain). I would turn down that job for 100$ an hour. just trash.
@@Ben_Genaetta I live in Coeur d alene, but i have a sister in Sandpoint who i visit. My mom and stepdad who lived in Sandpoint died of old age. When i retire i want to move a 1,000 miles south in the middle of nowhere because city lights is bad for astronomy.
If youre referring to people moving here from blue states, I believe youre wrong. 70% are registered Republicans; CA, WA, and OR are actually very red once you leave the big cities and many are moving from smaller towns that are red
