Writing it down: (as said) to remind myself. 1. Get the hardest task done 1st in the morning/beginning. 2. POMODORO. 3. Write it down & To do lists. 4. Take breaks once in a while. 2-3weeks. 5. Avoid distractions. (Lock the phone away) What I feel will help to boost self morale in this aspect is Exercising and meditation. & ALSO read some non.fic when looking for something to distract yourself. & in general have a regular routine, timings to study. (Consistently) ✌ happy studying!

you can learn from the teachers but as bhaiya has told us that we dont have to go above NCERT so just ignore whatever excess info you are getting from teachers. atleast thats what i do :)
