I don’t understand why people worry about having old- looking skin. If you are old, then just be happy with your skin. The important thing is you are happy and healthy. Live a stress- free life , eat everything in moderation, smile, exercise and sleep well. Your happiness will radiate into your skin and face, making you look younger.

And we all know about carbs...your body doesn’t even need to ingest carbs it can make them on its own through gluconeogenesis...we mainly only eat carbs to feed our brain but the brain can also function very well on ketones. Spicy =/= Spice. Turmeric, for example isn't "Spicy", but it is a spice. It is also quite great for reducing inflammation(i.e, will help you age better).

this is my 14th day without eating sugar , oil deep fried item and etc etc!! i can notice big changes in my face and body as welL!! i am just eating vegetables as it is and drinking smoothie in morning ! only one time rice thats it!!
good for you. i can read a lot of comment here that most ppl don't take this serious. but no one is responsible for your own health then your self. im not a vegetarian. but i think its not bad to be that. i try to eat the max recommendation for red meat per week. so i have to eat some vegeterianmeat to not over exceed the limit. but i would never eat procced meat or refinery sugar. i try to eat more fish at least 3-4 times per week. i love cod so its not so difficult.
I feel like some things are untrue to some parts of the world. For many asians big part of their diet is rice, for others is also spicy food...I understand the sugar, overly processed and fried food...but I think it depends where you live in the world. This video is very americentric!

If you wanted to be younger for long periods of time you must eat fresh fruits, green veggies, whole grains,egg,fish,meat,salad, drink 4 litres of water a day and regular exercise kept you fit and healthy 😊😊
I have hyperthyroidism and I can't eat mostnof this stuff. Now that I am on a diet I realize that I've been missing on so many foods. There are so many things that can replace sugar, so many non-dairy items that have fooled dairy consumers to believe that it is the real stuff. I love the diet that I am in. I have downloaded apps to help me come up with new dishes. 😊😋
I eat very few of these regularly, most of them never, iv found drinking apple cider vinegar everyday and a regular skin care routine has made my skin flawless, my skin used to look terrible do to past drug addiction amd alcoholism, now that I'm clean from drugs and drink alcohol alot less along with the apple cider vinegar and skin care routine, my skin looks amazing again...despite having an eating disorder that ages you quickly, my skin still still looks better than it ever had in my life, would really recommend apple cider vinegar it's made me look so much better amd younger again

That's right if you say brush after eating dried fruits but it's not gonna make you older. It makes you more beautiful & younger if you eat dried fruits specially almond, cashew, pista, walnuts and cashews !
I'm so glad I look young for my age and I've always looked younger than other people my age. I also don't have kids, my friends all smoked cigarettes growing up but I never really did. I used to HATE being a late bloomer now I'm glad, still getting occasional acne in my late 20s. I just try eat healthy, exercise daily, limit the bad stuff but I still have fun. Also, stress makes you age fast and exercise (nature hikes, gym, swimming, sex) really helps reduce that and improve your well-being and keeps you fit.

I found out that STARBUCKS COFFEE is made n sprayed with all MONSANTO ROUND UP N OTHER P3STICIDES N INSECTICIDES AND DETERGENTS. SO , your paying a high price for polluting the body.
The problem with avoiding spicy foods is that a few of them are actually good for your health. if you avoid them completely your losing out on some of the health benefits that they offer, so its probably better to just take them in moderation instead of cutting them out entirely... Also if your trying to cut your salt intake, its actually better to switch to Pink Salt instead. As its really good for your body and your health.
I do not consume all of these products except sweets and dark bread. When I quit all of this I started to feel significantly healthier and look younger
I'm happy no coffee was mentioned. I can live without the stuff mentioned above, alcohol, weed, sex, relationships, etc---but don't take away coffee from me! lol
I started eating salad. My base is garlic, onion and carrots. Then i either add on cucumber or red bell pepper or broccoli or cherry tomatoes or potatoes or any one other vege. Lace it with sesame oil and oyster sauce. Very tasty. I also like to cook fresh noodles top with garlic, onion and some leafy green vege, but if i have no vege in my fridge, then i just top the bowl of cooked noodles with the garlic, onion and egg and laced with sesame oil and oyster sauce. And i love to eat one or two apples daily or perhaps banana or grapes. I will also drink a beverage blended with grains, seeds and nuts. Hopefully this is a healthy diet. But of course there are times when i love to eat some fried food too and hv a cup if coffee daily.
I have one or two naughty days in a week,eat what I like,rest I eat very carefully, lost lots of weight, my joints pains r reduced, What I found strange is in my naughty days I am desiring less and less of bad staff now.
I avoid every bad food on this list as much as possible. And as a result my skin is flawless. I'm 58 and look and feel 39, 40. Ppl think my grandkids are my kids. Sugar is the biggest contributor to aging prematurely.

@@HariKrishna-hr8pl I'm using raw sugar (shakkar) , and honey sometimes. No fizzy drinks, no artificial juices. Just simple healthy food, no junk food, if u want to eat something junkies just prepare it at home. No oily foods. Just steam all food chicken and fish steam.
If I do not eat sugar or have in drinks etc. I feel tired and loss of energy. I work full time and am 70 years old and I use sugar and full of energy because that is what sugar gives you, (energy)
