Here are 7 mistakes to avoid when reprogramming your subconscious mind.
Your subconscious mind operates to carry out the commands of your conscious mind. Its job is to get you what you want. It does the heavy lifting. Your conscious mind merely directs it.
If you don’t have what you want, your conscious and subconscious mind aren’t communicating.
7 Mistakes to Avoid When Reprogramming Your Subconscious Mind
1. The Catch-22 situation
The Catch-22 situation is when you want two things that conflict with each other. It’s more than indecision. It’s a conflict in values.
For example, you want to go back to school but also spend more time with your family.
You want to renovate your house and save money to buy a car.
You want freedom and security.
You want to travel and stay at home.
Your subconscious mind doesn’t know what you want. You tell it you want this but then want that. The two don’t fit together. This is a quick way to feel stuck.
To resolve this, you can either choose one or the other or find a way to do both...
