Parents that cause a commotion, ask leading questions to which they already know the answer, who "know it all", and only care about doing better than everyone else with no regard to the team, should not be engaged with. Those individuals who truly care about their son/daughter, the team, the coach, the manager, and life itself, are those worth engaging with. It just makes for a more pleasurable, non-toxic, growth promoting environment.
