Hey look! It’s Rob Schneider. I’m in my 60’s and never had a review or looked for work because I don’t have transportation and live in a small town away from larger cities. I got SSDI late in my age and I do continue with counseling.

Very helpful to know. I would also like to recommend channel from Dr Ed Weir who talks about everything Social Security and he was a former district manager of the third largest Social Security office in the country. He gives a lot of tips and information maximize your benefits and getting benefits near me not be disability.. I highly recommend him and he's been doing a live video question and answer every night for the last month around 5:45 or 6:00 p.m. Eastern Standard time. It'll be great at Brian and Dr Ed could collaborate a little bit and do some videos together

Something else if our info is used elsewhere then you are gaining from the membership. Does this qualify for a $133 check?

I tried to get a membership with you but I have an issue with the disclaimer. On the user info you state user info is usable for all things unless we authorize you to do so. Is that really supposed to read sideways like that or did you mean to say can’t use info unless we authorize it or maybe you can use it unless we tell you you can’t? My red flags are popping up everywhere and I could really use some disability advice. Please set me straight on this. With less than a grand a month for my wife and I to live on your help could make a big difference. Thanks.

now with reason 5 that you mentioned, i noticed you stated stroke, or 11.04A (CVA). I agree with you, that is likely a closed period issue. However, and i may be wrong, not a lawyer, rather a guy getting business end of bad luck lol. but the Program Operations Manual System, or (POMS) states in (POMS DI 26525.045B.) if the stroke, or CVA 11.04A , lasting effects - if you need a prescribed walker, or 2 canes, or wheelchair, or have two or more limbs stopping you from making sga for 3 months or longer to start a Medical Improvement Not Expected, or (MINE) diary at any age. from the chart listed in (POMS DI 26525.045B.2.c) Am I understanding that right? Also, doesn't the Social Security Ruling, or (SSR) SSR 16-3p state Not to use the claimant's credibility, rather the preponderance of the evidence consistent with the claimant? Also your last one with the medical sources given the consistent longitudinal diagnosis and timeframe (20 C.F.R. 404.709, 404.1509) Again, not a lawyer, just learning for my case, as I don't want to interpret wrong... but I do believe that Due Process (I know the line blurs on constitutionality with the Chevron Deference) but justice was far from being served in my hearing, then bindly affirmed by Appeals Council (ALJ stated claimant was not at hearing, proceed to fabricate and make known false declaratory statements in the Findings of Facts and Jurisdiction Pro. Hist. Then the AC stated they had the hearing record audio and transcripts, and affirm the ALJ's determination. I''m no lawyer, maybe I'm missing something, but if you have an ALJ stating a claimant isn't at a hearing, and you say you have the details of the hearing that shows the claimant there, proving all the declaratory statements false, they couldn't have review it if they don't see the issue, right? I know a lot of claimant's will say that, even so, hypothetically? only have like six months of self teaching here i could be wrong! Love your videos!

I would guess that each 65 you would transition to regular Social Security and not require medical reviews that’s just a guess.

That’s BS people go to jail and still get their checks. Why? If people are paying for them to have a cot and 3 squares. Go the gym and use a computer in the library??????
@spinstercatlady
@spinstercatlady Месяц назад
When SSA finds out (and they definitely will) they were in jail at least 30 days, they will absolutely have an overpayment to repay. 30 days or more in jail or hospital must be reported to SSA.
