14:08 bro... don’t get me wrong but you are pretty much hitting the apex and still saying you’re leaving enough room. To me that was a little dirty. I understand you’re not just gonna let him past but hitting the apex isn’t really leaving any room for the other car on the inside. @@VenomCold You can confuse people by driving in the middle and then move to the left or right in the breaking zone, which is fine. You cannot drive in the middle then move completely to the inside to block the guy who tries to take the inside line, and then move completely to the outside in the breaking zone, preventing the driver behind to both overtake on the left side and on the right side. And that is not unfair, but penalized in the real life.

The main rule, especially in real F1, you never give up track position. Chances are, you are more likely to defend your position on worn out tyres with these cars than recovering it. An extra pit stop is just extra risk IMO.

You discussing your relationship with Monaco and Canada resonated hard. For me, my "I'm rubbish but somehow make it come good" track is Hungary. I keep hitting the inside kerb of turn 5 which washes me out wide as I try to fight the car's spin; the turn 6/7 chicane is only doable for me because track limits are very lenient on the apex of 7, and the last two corners always feel like too slow a crawl for me. Consequently, my hotlap pace is nowhere. And yet, I always get a good race result. Do people tend to struggle there too, and I'm just driving less shit than everyone else, or what?

It’s funny but I know what you mean. In Project cars 2 I’m the same way with Algarve. I always feel like I ain’t very fast but I’m always on the podium there. I don’t know why lol. Then there’s tracks like Bathurst that I’m like yeah this is fast lap in nailing the lines. Qualifying over. Starting 10th lol

I have to agree with you here.. The idea is 1 car width on tarmac, not the curbs. That is just turning across. He should have left more space and shouldn't've been suprised when he got punted because the curbs send a car straight on when approached from that angle.

The curb is part of the track and the fastest way through the corner is by using all the curb on turn 1 so he did leave enough space, you can also see that he left a lot of space at the apex and he missed the apex to give enough space
