2004, I saw Avril in concert with my dad, after she played this song, my dad asked "Have you got this song?" I replied "yes" with a smile and he replies with "It's a lovely song!" True! Such a beautiful song. Yesterday, my dad passed away and every time I hear this song, it's more than just that one performence she did the year before when her gramps died. This one's for you daddy. Thank you for takin me to my first concert at 15 years old. I'm 32 now and I only wish I could cherish more of our times together. x

worst part about growing up is watching your crush getting older 😭 I was born on 2001, 27th sept to be exact, i was a kid when this song came out, i listened to this when i was 7 or 8 and the other songs in the album let go, i had a crush on avril before i knew anything about love, did not even knew the meaning of crush, just remember that feeling and that was it, now i'm 18 and i cherish i got to live that era, the beautiful 2000s when life used to be straight and simple not many fake people around, wish i could go back then not to change anything just to relive those wonderful moments and feel it once again, glad she reuploaded it. I miss her.. i wish i would've appreciate her more when i was younger in early 2000s i really appreciate her Under my skin album. + many songs of let go. She were even then 100x better and talented + legit than any female Pop/Indie/punk singers today or past 15 years or songs... she really has perfect tone ear at least in my ears. I wouldn't change a tone which is rare. Perfect pitch. Music is ok many of her songs but without her music tone ear vocals it would never be perfect like her tones are. She and Alanis Morrisette is 2 pitch perfect voice/tone 1990s-2000s present to this day!

I have endometriosis. I suffered in pain for three years prior to being diagnosed. I had about 6 or 7 months of relief. The pain has returned. I used to listen to this song often in college whenever someone broke my heart. I’m surrounded by women easily getting pregnant and having children. On top of everything else, my son is special needs and I’m his only advocate. He thanks me by hitting me and scratching me. I was abused for two decades my by parents. I don’t know how much more hell I can take. I feel like I’m not enough for anyone in this world. My husband doesn’t see me. My son doesn’t see me. I’m all alone.
