After the nerfs, the mana it returns is irrelevant, and the trinket itself is only doing relevant % healing on bosses where I am already doing massive overhealing. I haven't done the math, but I'd expect icon to double rashoks value when you start to move into 550k hps + territories

You play fiend still for sure, just send uppies for the ramp that hits at 40 seconds into p1, and keeping fiend on both glittering surges
