Hey Matt! Being a winger myself, your RW/RB analysis and the game vlogs have been a joy to watch. And may Tulsa bounce back soon. Love all the way from India 🇮🇳❤️
These have been the best for me also, once I started making videos like this on my channel it was huge for me and starting to understand the game. Sucha important part of winning
Q&A How can we plan our training session for a week. Should we have different specific days for technique, endurance, working on our weaknesses, speed related or should we do all these in one single day for the whole week in short intensity and time?
This is a really goof question and I talk about it in one of my videos, the best thing you can do is whatever works for you. I like to do endurance earlier in the week because it gives my body the most time to recover. In terms of how to create it just do it in a way that makes sense to you but it's important that each situation in game like.
When Matt cusses you know he is pist. Tulsa has a great team and potential. You guys just need to know why you guys lost and mistakes that were made and don’t make the same mistakes. I enjoy watching you guys play. Keep your head TULSA.
That’s actually so crazy I just practiced at the fc Tulsa training field two days ago and it’s weird seeing someone so popular in the Tulsa/owasso area
ya it's true that you get frustated after series of bad games. My team lost every match in local league but there was a lesson that you need to shift your focus on the next game as early as possible. All the best matt for the next match
Yes I love this, this is so true football can be a very hard world but they way you think and process that is so important and to find the lessons is key. I talk about this a lot on my. chanenel
Q and A: Hey Matt, A lot players don’t pay attention to awareness and surrounding as much as shooting or dribbling. I want to ask you how important awareness and vision is in the pro game and How can players improve it?
I think these kinds of video will benefit the usa view of futball and in general highlights for the outsiders of USA or foreign people what futball is like in USA or in this case usl championsship. Still entertaining and some great plays. Seems like Kansas has a good B-team not only A-team. i HOPE u make comback at 17.06. Dont let a defeat let you down. Good luck.
Hey Matt tough loss, hope you bounce back in the next few games. Good luck for the season. BTW, These game day videos are always a banger especially the away trips, keep em coming.
EARLY TRAINING IN THE MORNING THEN TRAVELLING FOR 5 HOURS U EXPECT TO WIN , NOPE TRAVEL FOR 5 HOURS THEN TRAIN THEN RECOVER THAT WAY THE WIN WILL COME . ONE TIME I TRAVEL FOR 1 HOUR THEN PLAYED WE WON ( I SCORED) BUT THE NEXT GAME WE PLAYED THE VERY NEXT DAYSZ WE LOST , I SHOULD HAD SCORED THE TIE GOAL ANYWAY
This isi a good Idea thinking about doing this for my channel maybe and talking about the science behind it. I have started meditation before games and training and have noticed it has really been helping.
Not really answering your question bro, if you want to see your postioning on the field, start a running workout, do a lap of the field to create a perimeter on the map and then play. After your game, go on your Watch app on your iPhone and go to your running workout scroll down to map and you should see your positioning and use the perimeter lap you ran as a mark of the size of the field
hey i was wondering what you would do after you retire, because for soccer players you can’t play till you’re like 60 like other jobs. are you just gonna do a standard job or are you planning on don’t coaching or something
Hi Matt you are such an inspiration keep up the good work. I was just wondering is it better to train 1 thing per day for example 1 day shooting next day dribbling etc or to do a little bit of everything in one session for example a bit of dribbling then shooting then control so on.And if 1 was better than the other would it still be effective to do the other
Keep track of what interests you the most. If you lose interest in an activity, then you will get less out of it. Switch things up and do not follow the same pattern every time, but you must work on weaknesses some sessions. When you do, start with those until you lose interest and then end on things you enjoy. That will make you more motivated to get back out the next time.
Matt actually talked about this in one of his Against All Odds podcasts. Short story is that he said he would always go to the highest level even if he did not play games. However, many pros do the opposite. Game time is critical for development.
The competition is relatively high. Coming from a regular travel club that is not regionally competitve is a large step, but if you come from a competitive regional club that is not quite an academy, then it is not much of a jump. Just be prepared to push yourself to be better and not to give up if things start to get harder than usual!! Best of luck to you:)
@@huckleberry1233 Currently Internationals SC. The worst in the mls next league😂. I play goalkeeper. Just be sure to have fun with the new level and be sure to be ready to be challenged:)
