In part 2 of the AWD 1967 Chevelle build series, we tackled the bodywork and put some primer on to preserve the car while Danny engineers the front suspension. We even mocked up the old Mickey Thompson tires by moving the rear to the front to give you guys a little preview of the cars final stance.

Turn the gallon can around, with the spout on top. Helps stop the gurgle. So pleased to see the continuous full length passes. End to end of panel.

Having the Chevelle in primer has got to feel good. Big step forward and so much better to work on when it looks good. My 70 Camaro is in that stage just spread some Blaze Glaze and the roof is flat, quarters up next. You guys are having some fun!

Hi liv god jobb painting, A tip Just spray Water , on a the garage door or wal otside to gett the feling for the gun and moves . Had to do that in bodyshoop class before spray paint! Dan in Sweden.

Myself I would have to name the car bucket list because sense I was about 9 or 10 years old I have always dreamed of having a 66 or 67 chevelle big block 4 speed car black with not the whole roof but the sail panels sprayed silver then candy blue lace paint job a real 60s street machine they had 2 guys that lived down the street from me that had these carsthe big block car was one that my brother and myself were there when the owner laced the roof I have a bad ass 427 for the car and a brand new turbo 40o just need to find a solid roller . The car is going to be nice can't wait till the next video your friend from Louisiana Rick 427

If they didn't sound like a 6 banger, I'd say a blown 4.2 straight six out of a Trailblazer. The front diff went through the pan in those though.

I use the U-Tech Black, white or Gray Epoxy Primer that mixes 50/50 less work

Put you in blueprinted and balanced turbo charged GM 250 souped up 6 cylinder that has a lot of stroke and torque and would be light weight and rugged . Headers cammed the whole smear you'd be surprised

You dont ever sand down tobthe metal unless there's rust issues. My friend has custom painted my cars going back to 1972 in candies, metal flakes, pearls etc. As long as cars been block sanded, quality primmer under coatings done.. hell, you can run it to Macao and pay for an extra coat of clear will look no different than a 15k paint job that shops are charging these days. Ifbyou buy paint out of state, like Nevada or Arizona even better. I sold a triple black 72 el camino painted back in 81 in a garage.. still looked as if freshly painted...

I was thinking Olds Tornado or caddy Eldorado But why not just put it on a 4X4truck Frame and Boom save that Frame set it up for a Gasser or Drag car Pull A Part for Truck Frame
