Those of you who are on the fence get this system you will not regret it at all! I looked at all the options i looked at borla too raspy. But if you like that that one is good. Quality is great too. Another option was MBRP and honestly almost pulled the trigger on buying it it used to be the deepest toned exhaust on the market, now i have to give it to AWE they nailed this exhaust. No drone whatsoever. I had the NPP exhaust but got rid of it wanted more loud did the muffler delete and it got way louder but droned. Take this path and spend less. Honestly plenty loud and best muscle tone out there. And don't bother with solo performance imo. In all take what i say with a grain of salt and in the end it is all personal preference. But AWE is gold for me. My ratings *AWE touring non resonated (Deepest/least raspy if any, top quality build) *Stainless works (not as deep but definitely still loud and quality build) *Mbrp (Deep/ rusts fast if you have aluminum version) *Corsa (loud as hell and has raspy tone) *Solo (not as deep/ least muscle tone)
Phastek Performance thank you for the reply! It will be louder from the outside without the resonators ? I thought the resonators where to bring down the drone inside the cabin, I didn’t know it also affected the sound from outside the vehicle.
@@jafetlagunas7353 resonators do bring down drone but also act abit like mufflers. Its not alot as its still mostly straight pipe but does let the sound bounce around in pipe a bit before leaving dropping a few decibles.
Its a shame there is no template for where exactly to cut the factory exhuast for as least damage as possible. Would make it easier cleaner if anyone ever had to return to stock. Also HATE how everyone doesnt just use flanges its so much less measurement and allow perfect fit everytime. im not blaming the exhuast companies. im blaming car designers and factories.
Completely agree. Honestly, everything should just be modular. These companies know guys like experimenting with exhaust setups. I don’t get what the big deal is.
