An extremely poorly executed video with no subtitles or talking to explain what you need to do, just a video of someome putting in a caple, then doing something on a computer. If you are going to make a video, you can edit it on either a PC or Mac. I have a Mac and use iMovie, and use subtitles. I also have Idiopathic Epilepsy and have a RU-vid Channel with 561 subscribed. Again, coming from someone or a group calling themselves Tech Reviews, I would expect a professional approach to what is an extremely complicating procedure, and even Instruction Manuals at times aren't the best at explaining things... and even I am terrible at that. Amazon Review: There doesn't appear to be anything on the website nor on the device (A9) that gives you the ability to update it. The so-called, "Update Video" doesn't have talking nor subtitles that explain how to update the device, you only see someone plug it in then see someone do things on a PC. Any company SHOULD have a video that explains what you have to do on both a PC or Mac, and what you need to click on on the device itself (if eligible). The instruction manual itself is shit as it doesn't explain itself how you update the device on a PC or Mac, just says to go to the Awesafe website and follow shite instructions with no professional video explaining what to do. I'm 38, have Idiopathic Epilepsy and I do stuff for dad on stuff like this. I'd avoid this device and the company AT ALL COSTS! What's the point on spending money if it cannot be used the way it should be. My Advice: Buy a TomTom Sat-Nav. Very simple to update the moment you plug it into your computer, regardless if it's a PC or Mac. If not, use your phone's Sat-Nav.
