I have two big solar panels in my preps, never used them, yet. Got them 5 or 6 years ago.

I have absolutely no knowledge on solar... So what are a few items a 200 watt system like this will power up? And would it run power hand tools?

Would this be a good system to keep the starter battery charged on my riding mower? I keep it stored in a lean to shed and wild like to mount a panel on the wall and have it feed a trickle charger to keep the mower ready to start.

Can I use these 200-watt solar panels underneath in a submerged water pool enough to get the sun to charge my batteries. ?

best video ive seen today, wow. love the price, was looking for a couple panels for my garage roof to use with my dr. prepare battery and 700watt renogy inverter. does the charge controller that comes with it show the incoming wattage?

Ive seen reviews that this panel only outputs about 50W, not the advertized 100W and that they are impossible to get in touch with for warranty service. Any thoughts on those two issues?
