I love all the work at everyone put into their cargo trailers, and their original ideas that they came up with. It would be impossible to pick which one I like best.
ABSOLUTELY LOVE this trailer. We are doing a simular version of your trailer with a bathroom in the front and would love to talk to these guys and pick their brain about that bathroom!! FABULOUS BUILD. I'm very impressed!!!
I LOVE their conversion!! The reinvented barn antiques give so much character. It looks like maybe a mule team harness holding the lights over the counter that looks to be a 100 years old. And I don't think he gives himself enough credit for his cabinetry skills. Those all looked pretty professional to me. If you'd bought all that from Restoration Hardware or Ikea it would have cost a fortune! Very clever! 👏👏👏👏
Yes, it is a mule team harness, not sure how old it is. Thanks for nice remarks on cabinetry skills but I don't not have Bills skills at all. Thank god for trim.
My pet peeve is collecting rain water for cleaning and watering plants. So that’s the absolutely the only add on I would make. The rest is awesomeness on wheels.
Well beyond exceptional! Love the theme of the build. It's one thing to simply convert a cargo trailer or van to an RV. It's quite another step to maintain a consistent aesthetic throughout the build. They pull off "Farm Industrial" wonderfully while not ending up living in a "harsh" environment. Well done!
I love your build those little imperfections make it even more charming , I love the look that you went with farmhouse and industrial is absolutely perfect great job !!
I absolutely LOVE this conversion! We are just beginning our build and will definitely be utilizing some of the creative ideas we have seen on these walk-throughs! Brian and Bev have done an amazing job. I have really enjoyed this series of videos. Thank you Bill
I am so impressed by all of the creativity and self-engineering all of you have shown with your cargo conversions. Bill and Deb, have you ever considered a "coffee table" self-published book of these conversions with photos and storyline? (as if y'all need another project...lol) TY for sharing yours and the Rendezvous Friends' conversion stories.
Really love this! So unique, love love love all the "rustic" touches. Lots of ingenuity and creativeness. Makes us want to incorporate some of these touches in ours when we build it. Thank you SO much for sharing!! can you tell us what you used for the ceiling??
Another great video, 1 question: I'm building a tiny thing, I want to make the same shelves you have with the fabric cubes, do you still have a diagram of how you made them? I went back through but it looks like that was one time you didn't shoot video or lost it. Did you use 2×2's, or 1×2's?
It is a bifold wall. Like the doors on a closet would be. Took 3 time making it to get it right. It is made out of fence top rail. welded together then covered in paneling.
@@brianhubbard7707 Thank you, I saw the hinges later. So the big question, what would you change? I plan on carrying a Harley Electra glide. 900 lbs. I really like the openness and you build in general. Ours will be "country" as my Granddaughter says. says.
@@master6676 Not sure I would change anything. I did add 2 tie downs on the wheel wells , but have not had to use them. Just look at youtube for what you want to do.
I used a few pullies and cable. Attched cable to flush pedal ran thru pullies and up the wall. you pull the cable to flush. Also the wood cover over the toilet just lefts off to get to any thing that need repaired.Hope this helps.
@brianhubbard7707 thank you Brian for your reply. We are "fixing" our dometic 310. And I would like a flush HANDLE lolololol so I was hoping to get a few pointers from ya.
@@shirleysmith2734 I can do a video but not very tech savy. I could do one showing how it works and how it is built but would have to send it to your e- mail. Not sure I could download it to youtube.
I have a better idea for the awning. Why not add another fold down "lightweight" ramp that attaches at the top & covers the lower ramp when traveling ?? It won't leak either & make it 1 piece. .
Unique features. Repurposed items look so cool! They did an awesome job with this conversion....Bill, you really are Good at these tours and interviews!👍...🙋🪺🐦
