I tried the second cheapest cabin on the ferry to Hokkaido Japan. Even though it was a capsule, I still had a great moment in the morning. 17 hrs 45 min ferry travel.

American ship's just don't let us enjoy the ship's you show us most of us simply can't afford the ship's you show us whenever I'm not feeling well I love to watch one of your videos as most of us can't afford to actually watch a video of the beautiful ships you show us I always feel better after watching one of your videos thank you for taking the time to post these to u-tube we so enjoy them and thank you for explaining what everything is love and prayers from your US fan's please don't ever stop making these videos!!!

I especially love the vending machines. It's still such a weird concept to me that you can buy alcohol from them, that wouldn't work here in the West, too many people would just abuse it and drink too much and they'd have to keep refilling it lol

Traveling by ferry in Japan looks really relaxing. The shinkansen may be faster but I would definitely consider taking a more relaxing journey by ferry. They provide so many services on the ship it's like a mini cruise line.

It was variety, but honestly, each item was not very much! If I ate off of those kinds of plates/dishes, I think I would be much more satisfied with portions and variety while not overeating and being more mindful which leads to more enjoyable meals!

It's what I just told my husband. I said if we could go to any country right now, I would choose Japan and we would have to ride on a couple of the ferries. Even the lowest budget ones are nice.

Thanks for a great video again. During my life I have taken all the ferries between the Netherlands and England, but what a world of difference. Ferries in Japan are a whole new world for me.

I really love the Japanese buffet place with the little spaces in them. Here in the US you generally get one flat plate and everything gets pushed together. The plates with the little sections are so much more efficient!

@Gerry S.S The Japanese are usually pretty good with English, you'll likely find at least one person in any large gathering who'll have enough knowledge of it to be able to translate very roughly

I haven't seen a proper sunrise or sunset in over 15 years, forget looking for one from the ground floor even if I go to the roof I wouldn't be able to see one because of all the tall buildings all around. I live vicariously through videos like this.🙂

Lived in France for a while and went to a place that showed you how they make croissants. I won't describe it here, but suffice it to say that it is as much better as it is dough. Have never eaten a croissant since, and that was almost 30 years ago. LOL, thanks for the video.

Thank you for putting up a description of the foods and everything else. Anytime I have a question, like on the locker cost, you always seem to be reading our mind and answer. I really hope to visit Japan one day as our son was lucky enough to visit thru work and he said everyone is so friendly and it's the cleanest country he has ever been in.

Thanks for bringing back memories. I went to Japan in November 2019 and bought the Japan Ferry tourist pass. I made the same journey in the same ship. The food is awesome, the service, the baths. I can't wait to go back again.

I think I liked this capsule more than the others because it's a bit more spacious. That little gap at the end for your feet might be just what some people need to make them really comfortable

8:05 omg... a machine that accepts 2 banknotes at a time? Here in Germany I sometimes have to put in one banknote ten times before it's being rejected with the words "Please leave and iron your crumpled banknote before coming back!"

Japan is very safe compared to the US and Europe and the people very polite but everyone has their own level of trust. I personally would love to take one.

The town you were in Ooarai is where the anime called Girls und Panzer is located. The homeport of the Ooarai Girls Academy school ship. So nice to see this.
