Awesome Halloween Guilty Pleasures

Tremors is absolutely NOT a “guilty pleasure” it’s a legitimately good film

Yes! Friday the 13th part 6 is my favorite as well, especially the scene in the RV "Hey Nikki, what are you doing back there? Taking a dump?"

TREMORS! A few years ago, my girlfriend dumped me, so I'd been at a friends house and he was giving me the 'plenty more fish in the sea' pep talk, and we ended up talking about movies, including Tremors. So I got home late, about 2 am, and decided to just put a DVD on and go to sleep, but my DVD player broke! Just when I thought things couldn't get worse, I unplugged the broken DVD player, causing the regular TV channels to come on and I saw that Tremors had just started! I ordered a pizza and watched the whole film and realized life could be fucking great.

The 2nd skit was absolutely ingenious. Amazing job.

I love Tremors, it's probably the first horror movie which I was enjoying watching when I was young. I remembered that we rent the video and we just watched it over and over all day long :)

I thought one really underrated horror movie was Halloween 3: Season of the Witch. It had no Michael Myers but surprisingly was one of my favorites in the series. It was genuinely scary.

That marathon in the first skit would take forever :)

Chris, I don’t know how I came upon this older video but some of the shots that you have are professional level. Even if it was just a skit at the beginning there, I can tell that you’re going to be a great director, and you will take care in every movie you put out. I know you’ve talked about putting a feature film out, and I will see it as many times as I can. Thanks for giving me content I love to watch every day.

I actually love the Final Destination movies (ok the first three, personally). I think, at the time, it had just that little something that separated them from all the other typical movies. I also love the Easter eggs hidden throughout them. Like how films make references to each other, or how other things will give away how a character will die later on. Just really clever. For what it is, at least.

Jeepers Creepers is badass. Doesn't get nearly enough respect. Saw that movie as a kid at the theatre and it scared the ever living shit out of me. Such a classic

The best thing about 'Bats' is it never tries to be better than it knows itself to be. Just a fun creature feature that entertains. Although there is one genuinely disturbing scene when the bats are attacking town of one crawling up on a sleeping baby.

'Freddy Vs Jason' and 'Lake Placid' were both hella fun, and far better than I thought they would be...my best friend HATED LP tho, he refers to it as 'Lake Flaccid'...LOL 'Odd Thomas' was just plain kick ass, a really well done, campy, FUN horror/thriller. LOVE that flick. ("But the book was SO much better!"...When ISN'T that true?...;) 'Creepshow', from my childhood...so fun, so well done, very over the top, yes...but it's SUPPOSED to be, as it's 'comic book' themed...damned entertaining stuff, and an all star cast...worth it if for nothing else, but to see Leslie Neilsen as a TOTAL DICK, and he is AWESOME at it... 'Tremors', all of them, were very creative and fun, especially one and three. Nice reviews, you guys...good stuff, and well produced as always.

I grew up with the Tremors films, when I was younger. Even the Critters movies. So, of course they have a special place in my heart. :) I guess it's the Nostalgia factor, so to speak. Great video by the way. Looking forward to seeing more of your videos.
