Really digging the content on this new channel. Probably closer to the stuff that got me watching in the first place - the stuff that not everyone is talking about. I'm glad you decided to do this.
And it's not a 'design' on the top, it's a natural animal horn. All the Orto Parisi have some different material connected to the fragrance itself. This one has horn because it's inspired by the Bergamasco dance
Bois mysterioux is my favorite from les orient collection. The drydown is freakin great! Longevity is insane. I've gotten wafts of this 12 hours after application.
@@hengli7372 i don't get that at all on me. It has a bit of a leather/herbal thing to it in the first 30 mins. After that it starts to dry down to something soothing and a little sweet. Most people have a hard time getting over the opening of more complex things. The payoff is usually in the drydown. No one but you will smell the opening when you spray it on at home before you leave the house.
Interesting to get your take on Bergamask. I sampled it a few months ago along with Megamare and couldn't take to either. Megamare was overwhelming (an immense blast from the seaside on a stormy day) with Bergamask not far behind (the phrase 'a bit pissy' being my immediate thought). I won't write off either just yet though and will revisit again in a few months.
Just binged watch your videos from the main channel since I just found you. Just about had click off to get back to work then I see you upload this and now I'm back 🤣
That Orto Parisi box description is everything. It's the truth. As for the scent, I haven't smelled yet. I love Guerlain Bois Mysterieux. It's very different. Some may not like it because of the cumin. Some say that it's a little body odor-ish. I feel like it's just Earthy. I'm a woman but I love it. I'm a bit daring. I've been thinking about getting it for a year.
I've not smelled any Orto Parisi, unfortunately, but this Bergamask sounds interesting. I have smelled many Guerlain and this is one that I also sampled and it is a beast. On my skin it smelled mostly of leather. The woods were barely noticeable. I found it amazing but weird because I wanted to smell mysterious woods but got leather daddy.
I love this channel! The only Orto Parisi I’ve tried is Cuoium and it’s awesome. A little animalic, but mild enough for my wife to like. Need to try more from this brand.
Personally not a fan of the Orto line, they are nuclear and strong but the strenght comes from a lot of synthetics and i get headaches from them unfortunately, the Guerlain one is amazing
Guerlain Bois Mysterieux is fantastic stuff , i adore this Myrrh bomb in all facets it performs heavily with a strong sillage , especially in the first 15min
Any plans on doing a video on pre-application of fragrances? Things like types body wash that don't interfere with the fragrance, or tips for people with dry? Would love to hear your point of view. Thanks
bought Bois mystérieux for myself and love it but cannot wear because it's too feminine it so I gave it to my wife and it smells amazing on her. it's a really fantastic fragrance
Of Orto Parisi, Cuoium is a sharp oriental leather that's interesting, haven't smelled others. As for Guerlain, from that line, Cuir Intense and Santal Royal are magnificent, others are not so appealing to me - have smelled them all except the newest Epices Exquises (would love to since I usually love spicy perfumes).
Bergamask is my favorite cologne BUT I just got a new bottle (legit) and it seems weaker.Did they reformulate it or does it need to macerate? I’m disappointed because I love the scent but it’s not nuclear like my past bottle. Can anyone help? Hopefully it just needs to sit awhile.
Bois M, Encens Mythique, Ambre eternal are better than montale/mancera for sure. But I really wish guerlain came out with a classic masculine scent. Instead three more ouds coming🥱
