Don't want to make these women mad . I like the one with the ball kicking to the goal they all are good. I kicked logs in sections but added on top of each other. Started from the top restacked and continued kicking down . Till I reached the bottom cause the weight is at the most than the top. Vice versa kicking down to top also the same . Ironic. Awesome video. Thumbs up

As far as exercise goes, their kicks look really cool BUT for an actual fight they're all style and no substance. Lots of flexibility and speed but ZERO POWER! Those kicks won't KO someone.

I never understood why wrong technique is a good thing, I'm talking about the side kicks where they stretch out their foot wrist ( no, not the roundhouse kicks ), with a side kick you are supposed to hit with the side of your foot or side of the heel, not the toes. There were some good kicks in the video though, just not the show kicks.

Power comes from the ground , while this is more acrobatics than kicks that do any damage, plant your foot draw power from the ground

Trust Me Dudes me as Guy i would know:,That those Female's Chics could do damage within there kick's and Arms to,I would know because my sister was a thin as them to and she took Martial arts herself to rest Her soul😔,But once one day by accident she did jumping Martial arts move on my moms from like 20 Feet apart with her bare feet wish you made my knees really really super purple,our mom couldn't walk for About 5 days no Joke,So i wouldn't Mess with Any of Them me🙄🤗

those dancing kicks are like massage :))

Sadly this kinda martial arts is good for show only. In real fight before you even get your foot of the ground, you may get hit and go down first. Try it with Wingchun or MMA and you will know whatchamean.. Anyway, good flexibility...

All this kicking vertical is impressive on how flexible the person is, but really is just a show trick. If these girls are just showing off physical prowess then it’s a great video. If they are trying to say anything they did here would be useful in a real fight then they’d better have luck on their side also.

Kicks all to weak ,looks good but one strong kick with power is better than half a dozen weak kicks that look flashy, in a real fight they'd 4 flashing kicks in then get punched in the head and it would all over
