That is a cool product. I wish I had something like that to use lowering the spare tire on my fifth wheel and 3500 truck!

You can weld a 7/16-1/2” inch good length steel rod to a strong socket matching the spare tire drop handle hex and use on 1/2” drill I did works great…nothing to switch out.

@@froglobster I do understand the concept but my spare tire wench doesn’t use a socket but a strange and unique connector. I haven’t made that a high enough priority yet. Always something else to do.

In my opinion it should be made one piece in of the two piece. The way it is now I see two failure points in losing the pin and you will lose eather all of it or the one you need to use on the drill...

That's a pretty cool invention! Just throw a PTO pin in your old handle if you ever don't have your drill.

Hate to be a complainer but wouldn’t it be better for the manufacturer to have something like the drill setup to raise and lower the scissor jacks on campers? A clutch drill would stop you from twisting your wrist also.

The scissor jacks can just use a impact. A driver might work with a adapter but I've always just used my 1/2 inch craftsman. Then just get the proper sized socket.

Great Product! However, #1 It took you almost 6 minutes to take it out of the package and install it. #2 Too slow and repetitive the description. #3 Please get a tripod it steady's the dizzying movement and you can use 2 hands to work.
