So that's when I buzzed my head and thankfully I looked pretty normal from that point on. But my thickening processes is taking longer. I'm at about 6 months in and my transplanted hair is just starting to thicken up. Everyone's results will be different. Just trust the process

@Olive_O_Sudden
@Olive_O_Sudden Год назад
I think the hairband is really there to make the demarcation between the swelling and the rest of the face less noticeable. People in public will still notice the band and any bandages on the head, but they're less likely to do a double-take or stare. And covered up, the individual themselves may be less likely to obsess over it or feel too self-conscious.

please tell me: what can be considered "complications" in hair transplantation? And what can be considered "adverse events"? It seems to me that the complication is bleeding, bacterial infection, skin necrosis. Can poor hair density be considered a complication? I think not. can a scar on the back of the head be considered a complication? I think not. what is your opinion? Thanks.

I also had a bandage on the back of my head, which I had to take off in the evening after the operation. I was given a medical sheet for my pillow, but I was allowed to sleep lying down with a neck support so that I could not turn my head. The transplanted hairs fell out after about two to three weeks. Strangely enough, there were a few hairs in the first row that did not fall out and just started to grow. I was not supposed to do sports until 6 weeks at the earliest, which was terrible for me. After the first 6 months, only a few of the new hairs grew. Then it came so little by little. Interestingly, even after one and a half years, it still grew a little more. According to my clinic, after 12 months all the hair should have grown out. Although I was only transplanted into the receding hairline, I was pretty bald at the back of my head for about two years after the surgery. Little by little, it has become a little thicker again, probably because I have started again with Finasterid.

I used to have a severe pain in my scalp around the borders of my forehead hair lining and also around crown. If any person used to pull my hair normally (not intentionally to hurt me but just slight pull) my scalp used to pain a lot, also while using helmet and beany cap, other times it used to burn a lot without any stress to hair. After this my hair starting losing out in a tremendous speed with scalp burning sensation still constant. (My lifestyle was also not that good, junk food, late night work shift, sedentary work before computer, sleep disturbances, I know these are contributing factors, but don't know why scalp burns) At the moment I have lost around 30-40% of my male pattern baldness hair region, hair around temples and above neck region still intact. I started using redensyl solution and apply oil once in 2-3 days. Currently the scalp pain is occasional, like once or twice in a week, so it's normal. But I want to know the reason of why I had a scalp burning sensation? What type of disease or condition its called? How to avoid scalp burning?

I lost most of my eye brow hair a couple of years ago, just fell out and never came back. Most people never even noticed as I have blonde hair & they weren’t particularly visible even when i did have them.

Is there an advantage of taking antibiotics, steroids and minoxidil spray for 6 months after hair transplant procedure?

The more I watch your videos, the more I think my transplant was done by unqualified technicians. I’m 14 months post FUE and they are still preaching I will see density later on. My face swelled up for well over a month to the point where I had black eyes, and I definitely did not recover nearly as quickly as most patients I’ve seen on these videos. I also paid 10,000 for 2,000 grafts, and was told retention would be around 90-95%. I would say it’s more like 60-70% after the 14 months based on my results, and my front hairline is very sparse still, so I have to wear my hair down over my forehead. If anyone is contemplating having fue, I would make sure there is a certified cosmetic surgeon involved. The “technicians” will just take your money and don’t seem to care if you’re happy with the results based on my experience.

10,000 what, pesos??

That is assuming they actually put the amount of grafts they say they will......hard to prove otherwise, unless somebody performs an exact count after. Filling in the sparse areas with 'Toppix' powder should help.

Unfortunately the cheapest transplantations in the world are made by technicians. I had also the same in Turkey for 2k. I was too eager... I should have taken the more expensive packages. If I have to go back I will take a doc with it even if some technicians can be skilled!

@@billjoe39absolutely, unqualified practictionners usually don't count and kill a lot of grafts in the process. Scarry that some countries allow unnamed/no face technicians to do it!

Great video! I wish more people would show their donor area as opposed to only focusing on the front. I would like to see how that recovers and looks a year post-op as well.

Donor area looks normal pretty quickly, just after only a few days. However it can remain sensitive for a long time.
