Greetings, Do you ever think of the *perfect* way to format a email or comment like he talks about at 9:20, like spending 30 minutes making *some* of it bold or adding words like perfect instead of amazing, or just crazy punctuation, I add *_way_* to much punctuation, I also type for *ages* for some reason, also if it’s a RU-vid comment I sometimes add a time stamp that is barely relevant, idk why but sometimes I even add a greeting and farewell to a comment Kind regards, @nutsi3

As an introvert myself, I can 100% relate to this video. I have very bad communication skills and I can’t even do small talk because how socially awkward I can get when it comes to new people. But when I’m alone I feel so much better lol.

As an ambivert who usually shows my more extroverted side to people I can’t rly relate. But one thing I do notice is that I ‘prepare’ for a conversation, especially small talk, I always practice by talking to myself as though I’m having the conversation.

Call anxiety is unmatchable. I don't think I'll see the day I successfully speak to someone on the phone AND be able to understand every word they said. True pain. By the way, I also get text anxiety. It's so bad, I'll close the texting app and mess with every option on my phone screen and shove my face into a pillow scared to read any responses to my reply because of how nerve racking it is.

I totally agree on the small talk. I have a small group of friends but we’re all really close. We can tell each other things that are on our minds. Small talk just doesn’t have much value to me and meeting now people is tiring. I can get energised when talking about hobbies but I’m not going to let a stranger know what my hobbies are, because those are really dear to me.

I used to be so bubbly and warm when I was younger but anxiety hit me like a train wreck and now I have very little friends and I’m actually the happiest when I’m alone not saying a word. But then I feel like I go insane, talking to myself for hours yet refusing to socialize because of the fear of being judged. So I just pretend I’m invisible at school and then when someone who’s not my friend approaches me I start to stutter and can’t think of anything to say. Sorry for the venting but it just makes me feel better :)

That's crazy because I developed anxiety when I got some bad news of my brothers death in 2016 Today they did a "fire drill" that was more like a "shooter in the school" type drill , it was so dramatic and unexpected it flare up my anxiety and I'm fked up right now So it's ironic that u posted this video lol, anyhow keep doing your thing bredda 💯🙌🏾
