In my home town of Ottawa, Canada, I heard that it's technically illegal to eat ice cream outside on Bank Street on Sundays, but I think that law is almost never enforced and probably even a lot of Ottawa cops don't know about that. On OC Transpo (Ottawa's public transit service), apparently, it's against the transit by-law to operate any camera or recording device (also not really enforced). I do that basically all the time.
