Yeah the ice cream thing was originally Isa’s and Lea’s thing. Axel/Lea started doing it with Roxas and Xion because Saix/Isa wouldn’t do it with him anymore.

This is the most human Saix has EVER acted. If I didn't know he was still a Nobody at this point I would think this was Isa having this conversation with his ex- bestfriend . Damn are we sureee this isn't Isa? Maybe when he got kidnapped and re-norted and re-nobodied some of Isa's light, from his heart, stayed in his Nobody just enough so he could be able to fight back just a little against Xenohort.
Well actually all of the Organization members have their hearts in Kh3 it’s just that they’ve been infected by Xehanort. But their emotions are still functional which is why they were more expressive than they’d ever been before
Young Xehanort traveled in the past and gathered their hearts (more likely in the Nobodies case their Souls) and summoned them into Replica bodies and gave them fragments of Master Xehanort’s Heart to make them Seekers of Darkness bound to him. Isa as Saïx did everything at first to discover what became of he and Lea’s friend but as Axel moved on in his life and made new friends in Roxas and Xion he became jealous It motivated him more into being Xemnas’ stooge to get back at Axel as well as finding out the fate of his friend. He wanted to become stronger strong enough to get what he desired and regain his heart So when Saïx was defeated in KH II he got summoned to the future in a new vessel before he was recompleted into Isa again, he’s still Saïx and whether he wanted it or not was dragged for the ride as he himself became a puppet being a vessel of Master Xehanort’s Heart fragment
@@christophersanchez7731 The new organisation members are Not all replicas. Only Xemnas, Ansem, young Xehanort , Xion and Vanitas are. The former members have simply been turned into Nobodies once more. We also know that the whole "Nobodies can't have a heart" thing was a lie, spread by Xemnas.

Even Xemnas says that the negative emotions of his regained heart, once defeated in kh3, are too much to bear and asks Sora why anyone would prefer keeping their heart. Larxene and Marluxia also demonstrate completely different attitudes than their Somebodies. But honestly it's just another Nomura thing where we get a "They probably have hearts maybe not at all?" Idk half of this was me trying to make sense of it and failing.
Isa was like the other former Nobodies that are now members of the True Organization XIII He was turned into human again, then apparently by either Master or Young Xehanort he was recruited as member of the True Organization Isa was both turned back into Saïx, giving up his heart to be turned back into a Nobody, then made a vessel of Master Xehanort Only Isa seemed to be recruited willingly as he followed Xehanort in part to find out what happened to his and Lea’s lost friend The first time he was an apprentice to Ansem, but also apparently a Darkness User, as both Isa and Lea were shown in Black Coats after being recompleted. It’s unknown what he really did then But after being turned into a Nobody, he followed Xemnas to both regain his Heart and find out what happened to his friend The second time it was both that and jealousy, as he felt left out by Axel leaving him behind to Roxas, Sora, and Xion Also as a vessel of Xehanort, he may lost some of his free will and became his puppet But here in this scene. He shown whatever humanity he have left for the first time in years toward Lea

Well at least for the Black Coats they seem to have magic. As they protect the user from Darkness Corruption, and for Riku in Mulan’s world, protection from weather Maybe the coat protects against germs too lol Still in the manga, I think they shown them being unwrapped in wrappers, which is a detail missed in game
Isa gets so much hate, and yea he had his moments in KH2 but I've still always adored him. Lea has his best friend back, and it makes me so god damn happy
I've also had a soft spot for Saix every since he begged for his heart back at his death in KH2. Even at his most douchebag in Days I still couldn't bring myself to hate him. I just saw him as a jealous and sad creature with no heart. So yea I'm also happy Lea got his original best friend back. However, I DO understand why Isa is getting a hard time from the fandom. His Nobody was atrocious to Xion and Roxas, and we really didn't get to see him atone for that since it was all OFF-SCREEN. All we see is he dies again, and then next he's human hanging out with his victims. It's a lot to take. However,I'm not in favor of atonement being out of Isa's reach just because of what his Nobody did. Lea got to atone. So did Riku. Ienzo did to. Even also sought redemption. So did Ansem the wise etc so it's only fair that Isa should get that same chance to.
Same here, it broke me when he said "Why..." as he was dying, just wanting a heart back. Now I feel even worse knowing the whole reason they ended up as Nobodies. Saix plays a great right hand man, and honestly he was the most responsible of the members, everyone else was always just a mess even Xemnas despite his *authority* . I love Saix in the manga too because he has to deal with all the idiots lol. It sucks for sure, calling Xion it a lot especially in the journals. I'm pretty sure Saix was the one to set up the plan with Vexen with the Replica business, so at least he wasn't a complete fool to the end. These next KH games should be about redemption and really move forward with this pacing in terms of character development with the Organization members. One can hope, cause I think we've heard enough about friendship from Sora lol!
I have been rooting and waiting for *THIS VERY MOMENT* since BBS and I kept sobbing and squealing each time they had an interaction! I'm so *glad* that they are friends again!!
@@slchi6144 Oh that's a nice observation about him. I knew he was the most responsible one but it seemed more like he's the Xemnas' ass kisser to me hearing him addressing Xemnas as Lord. What pissed me off about his Nobody was Roxas was always the most hardworking one but he's always talked down by Saix. Made me so infuriated at how he treated Roxas so badly. The only thing I wondered was why he wanted to atone by bringing Roxas back. It's just a 360 move, really considering he wanted to kill Roxas last time and now he seeked atonement and wanting to help Roxas. Actually, it's heartwarming to see everybody's trying their best to get Roxas back haha. Even Namine star acknowledged that everybody wanted Roxas back and not her. Poor girl.
This might be a weird thing to comment on buuuuut there seem to be more sighs, grunts, and general exclamations in this game than the others. I actually love that touch cause it makes these characters all the more real. Just from all the sighs he gives you really feel for Axel, and his posture too is a nice bonus that allows so much characterization to show than the last few games.
this is genuinely one of the best scenes in all of Kingdom Hearts. altho they are enemeis bound to their respective sides of light and dark, they can still sit and have a chat altho their keyblade and claymore will clash. and the dialogue here is incredible
I already loved Saïx in KH2, his design, his cold-mannererd demeanor, his voice, his fighting style... But in KH3 he finally got the character developpement he deserves (everybody wasn't so lucky^^) and it makes me love him even more. He's actually one the most tragic characters in the franchise but we hadn't noticed so far because he never really got the spotlight (unlike Xion, Aqua, Roxas, Terra and Ventus) and the fact that no one cared about him is even more heartbreaking . He lost his friend (the unkown girl) then Axel apparently stopped caring about her and turned his back on Saïx to spend time with Roxas and Xion. Saix wasn't mean to her because she was a "mere puppet to serve their plans" but because he was in pain and took it out on her because she stole his friend Axel. Then he was used by Xehanort for the new organisation and became a nobody again... Seriously this poor guy deserves true friendship
I'm so happy now Isa has Lea and 5 other new friends ... I hope we can see more of Him get along with Sea-salt Trio and Twilight gang, and try to looking for this Mysterious Girl ...

Kh2 was worse I just replayed it they bring the story to a complete halt for six Disney Worlds after the beginning in twilight town and Hollow Bastion then completely halt it again for the revisits. At least kh3 puts some main plot in a few Disney worlds and gives you some story after each one is complete

You know, maybe it's a coincidence, but what if Xion's female form wasn't only based off Kairi, but also on the girl Lea and Isa were talking about. Given how sadistic Xemnas was, I wouldn't be surprised if that was the case, that he modeled her from Sora's memory of Kairi, but also took a bit of Subject X's image. That would be another plausible reason why Axel was good with Xion before the whole incident got unraveled.
Xion’s appearance actually differs to those who look at her. Roxas see Xion as herself. Axel sees Namine, Xigbar sees Ventus, Xemnas sees her as Sora, Saix views her with her hood down.
I’ve had this thought before, and interestingly, one of Axel’s character profiles mentions that the girl from their past had black hair! (This is a good part of the reason everyone thinks she’s Skuld.) So perhaps Xion’s hair being black is due to the subconscious influence of Axel’s perception on her; it could be that the person she was becoming reminded him of when he and Isa were kids.

Siyuan Feng if you notice in the cross road where you choose to go help party members, if you look closely you’ll see Lea fighting Isa, and it’s really cool to watch. Plus the buildup wasn’t for them to directly fight each other, it was to show the conflict between them, how once childhood friends could be on different sides.

Shes gone because someone with an eye patch took her. (We know based on the secret reports ) Who do we know has an eye patch and worked with xemnas ? Xigbar, who is Also known as Luxu, who we see in the KH3 secret ending.
Commander Shepard Ty! I hope so. It would be cool to see how Isa and Lea would react to their seeing disappeared friend. re-entering their lives. Lol, after they went through hell just to get her back before, and then gradually accepted it and moved on, and Boom! She’s back again!
I find this idea to be absolutely laughable honestly. I’ve seen some people try to ship her with either Lea or Isa before we’ve even seen any of them interact with her and I’m sorry I just don’t see it. They BARELY knew this girl. This is heavily stressed in the secret reports. It was so dark they couldn’t even see what she looked like. And most of their break ins were fails. It sounds like she was moved shortly after “befriending” the boys. I use the word “friend” loosely because again they barely knew her. I think they were just two good kids who saw someone in a horrible circumstance and wanted to help. Isa even begins to question if the girl even existed. Compare that to Kairi, who when she briefly forgot Sora due to Namine’s meddling, Selphie asks her if she is sure she didn’t imagine him. Even though she can’t recall the details Kairi is POSITIVE that she didn’t imagine Sora. Showing the strength of their connection. He questioned if she existed. Yea doesn’t seem like a super strong heart connection to me. Plus it’s pretty obvious the girl is Skuld. And knowing Nomura she will reappear and not have aged a single day. If anything I can see her and possibily Ephemer becoming like Isa’s adopted kids/siblings just like Lea with Roxas and Xion. Personally I hope everything stays platonic with all characters that aren’t Sora and Kairi. Kingdom Hearts has always been about friendship first and foremost and the only “traditional romance” being focused entirely on Sora and Kairi. The whole point of focusing on friendship instead of romance is what drew me to this series in the first place.
You know after seeing Melody of Memory ending Their friend actually sound like Kairi A resident of Radiant Garden who was really a current Princess of Heart Who was taken by Scientist Xehanort Who was taken to a lab and somehow transported to another world Kairi’s disappearance should have some consequences to people that knew her, If Isa and Lea knew her and tried to rescue her after she disappeared that would make some sense Yes we did know about Kairi‘s history since the Secret Reports But still after seeing it animated in Melody of Memory and seeing this cutscene again made me think Xion, Naminé were both made from Kairi in some way, for Xion her appearance was made in visage of Sora’s Memory of Kairi, and Naminé being Kairi’s Nobody Both Xion and Naminé were linked with Axel And Kairi became friends with him as Lea If Kairi was truly their lost friend, then it’s as if Lea was with her all along in multiple ways He may have his memory altered and couldn’t remember their friend fully, which was why he wouldn’t recongize Kairi fully but still drawn to her Yah there’s still the mysterious experiment that just maybe Master Ava, but still this theory is a possible revelation
Do you think that Lea and Isa were keyblade wielders before they became nobodies. It would make sense why Ansem took an interest into them and made them apprentices. Keyblade wielders seem to come in threes after all. Maybe we'll get another prequel game following these two.

I haven’t seen the game in a long time but my question is how much of KH3 ties in with KH Union X? I know only a few characters from that game but I’m still confused on how the events of that story correlate with KH3. Also, now that Saix and Axel find a way to reconnect, what happens to their friendship?
UX is more set up for the post KH3 story than having much real baring on KH3 itself. The UX kids all ended up in a datascape, before escaping into the real world and present day through some time travel shenanigans. The girl Axel and Saix are talking about is likely Skuld from UX. Since she's the only one of the UX kids who isn't accounted for after their escape from the data world and what little we know about the mystery girl matches up with her.

It's a love story, you catch it when you read between the lines. So it's not really about that mysterious girl - they transfer their feelings onto this character. It's about themselves and their relationship. If you see it in a way the mystery girl being their love to each other. Saix has alway been more unemotional non-admitting and rational when you look at the novels however you catch more direct and precise hints leading to a lets say romantic gay relationship. Lea is more of an impulsive guy - even as Axel (more antisocial version) and he is indeed able to feel emotions and sadness to a higher extend than other Nobodies. Watch at the look Saix gives him here 2:01. Saix is a Sociopath, he can't experience genuine love is cold and cruel. Lea is asking him if he finally found the "her" / love. He didn't. Nary a Trace. Maybe she never existed. I think he tried to find love but his self complexes were too strong to develop this kind of relationship with lea. He went off with Xemnas, a much more callous Sociopath in order to get stronger because he sees love and positive emotions as weakness, however is realizing that he was his lab rat. Lea believes in love and so he states that he will bring everyone back even him, so to love him. But Saix just replies that he will have to face it that it's gone forever. According to the upsidedown tears thing, axel was the one crying and being hurt by Saix because of things he did to him according to his lack of empathy. Until he died Saix never admitted his failures but then he stated being jealous - wich is what sociopaths feel when someone leaves the relationship in order to be happy with someone else. Axel startet to develop feelings for Roxas or at least transferring his feelings for Saix onto him, i think mostly because of him being innocent. In my view Axel (not lea) is more of a ADHD/ADD sociopath (impulsive, unfocused, short plans, able to feel little emotions) where Saix is a stable callous sociopath. I like how he always says "got it memorized" as he wants to live in peoples memories forever, stated in BBS. Forgetfulness is a trait of ADD and maybe states it because he want to mask his forgetfulness as well or as a way of reminding himself how important memories are. I myself have ADD, sorry for my mistakes in my text above, hope you like my perception of this, keep it memorized : )
It’s implied that Ansem’s “lab rat”, as Saix put it, was Namine. We know that he performed experiments using her and her abilities, but it does not appear to be her they are talking about here. Axel and Saix would have recognized her when they met. Makes me wonder if it might have been Ava they saw. The one master who never came back to the graveyard
Am I supposed to feel sorry for this monster? His arc is atrocious. His redemption was half assed and full of retcon, and instead of tackling that head on we get him sitting on the clock tower with three of his victims. Xion’s actions toward him in particular were disgusting because he was horrendous to her in Days. To then see her and Roxas looking visibly sad at his 'death', and then to also see them smiling at him on the clock tower was ludicrous. Their whole tragedy in Days was due to Saix. I even think it's safe to say he was the Big Bad of that game. Then later he's even included in the Destiny Island scene. It was just instant forgiveness from the narrative as well as RAX. Nomura has seriously losed his freaking mind. When I see the guy who emotionally abused two children for an entire year,and with one in particular he spent unwaveringly dehumanizing as well as trying to get them to kill each other, NOW being their ice cream buddy then I need more than a clocktower scene convo combined with a 'I was jealous love me' while I die in your arms sympathy play. He's also frolicking on the same island as his kidnapped victim Kairi, and of the other child he made bow down to him then tried to kill. I mean come on Nomura. Since Days was ABOUT the organization that was the PERFECT game to HUMANIZE Saix and go into he and Axel’s backstory. That way when we get to this game it wouldn’t feel so JARRING to see this evil character trying to pull a sympathy play at the last minute. Instead of humanization though the games went OUT OF THEIR WAY to show Saix as a monster as well as making his human self Isa a little jerk in BBS. Even his last canon appearance, before this game, is him trying to kill his former best friend. It's bs to try to make a character sympathetic without actually doing the redemptive leg work to get there. The only saving grace Saix had in the sympathy department were the initial implication that he and Axel were victims of Ansem and his apprentice's heart experiments hence him begging for his back at his 'death' in KH2. It was the perfect setup. His Recusant's Sigil scar that was confirmed as such in the Dream Ultamania,the curiosity on why his berserk state looks like a heartless, Xigbar's dark teasing toward him as well as the the mind control experiments from the secret reports were all context clues to explain his Xehanort like behavior as a Nobody, and thus ultimately make his sympathy easier to stomach, but now all that tragic buildup is wasted on a Retcon. Now we're just supposed to believe he's OBSESSED with a girl he met in the shadows, a few times as a human, TWELVE YEARS AGO. This is then all combined with some I was jealous bs (because that definitely makes his monstrous actions okay),and then some completely OFF SCREEN atonement thrown in about Roxas. Vexen/Even's and Ienzo’s redemptions were more bearable because we were SHOWN theirs, but only TOLD Saix's, and there lies the problem. All his supposedly good deeds are done off screen. This includes anything about Retcon X who was apparently such a HUGE factor in his last days of being human that he carried a torch around for her even as a Nobody. However, do we get to see this go down in any of the now four games he’s been in? Nope. Nomura erred with this because Saix was TOO much of horrible person for all of his sympathy plays to be in the background where we the viewer can’t even see them happen. Saix barely has scenes during this entire game as it is, and yet all of them are of him being the bastard he's always been during EVERY game hes been featured in,but now it’s ‘Oh, Hi let me share an ice-cream with you and talk about our girl bestie like she was always on our minds, but neither one of us brought her up in ANY game we have been in before’. He is literally still so obsessed with her that he has her star on his jacket with his moon in the ending. This girl that was never brought up before by him or Axel, but is instead a forced Union X tie in because apparently good storytelling means bringing in new plot points at the conclusion of one story instead of satisfactorily wrapping up your old ones. Also at no point in the the game or secret reports does he EVER talk about having his heart back, but then having it taken away again in the span of moments. Nor does he say anything about what it’s like serving this monster again or that he and his old friend are forced to be on opposite sides etc. However, we do get him waxing poetic about Retcon X because that's more important than your lost humanity, your lost friendship, and being forced to bring about the end of worlds. Also is it just me or does Vexen's report, as well as Saix and Axel's clocktower scene, imply Saix gave his heart up of his own free will both times,and that it was his idea to even do it the first time? It seems they both gave their humanity up willingly to somehow save a girl they met a few times in the dark, and who we didn't even meet with them in a flashback. This apparently made more sense than the perfect readymade story of them being experiments. The experiments angle especially made TOO much sense in Saix’s case so of course we couldn’t have that. This whole implication of him being kidnapped, but apparently waking up and saying yea you can have my heart again DESTROY'S Saix’s characterization in one fell swoop. We saw this man BEG for his heart back at his ‘death’ in KH2. However, just so he could die at the Altar of Retcon he gets his humanity back,but now says nah you can take it again. He couldn’t find Retcon Girl in the TWELVE YEARS he lived as a abomination, but apparently this time will be the charm. It's also apparently fine that he’s helping with a universe sized apocalypse to boot. Again I'm supposed to feel sympathy for such a character?! I’m supposed to believe that one he gave his heart up willingly after begging for it as a Nobody, and two ignore Re:Coded having a whole ass secret ending dedicated to him being taken against his will? Is being comatose and kidnapped the new consent or something? Nomura destroyed his ONE sympathetic characterization and for what exactly? I can’t stand the character asspulling inconsistencies in this series. There is no way a human being with a CONSCIOUS would willingly become a heartless creature again. Saix begged for his heart. Marluxia/ Larxene were traitors, and as humans were wielders protecting light and his little sister. Demyx seemed to never like what he did and Luxord was gentlemanly. But I'm supposed to believe all these characters willingly become Nobodies again.They just gave up their HUMANITY, and thus any sympathetic characterization just like that? As for Saix and Vexen you want to atone? Stay HUMAN. Ienzo did. Honestly,Even could have thought of bringing back lost innocents on his own. He was pretty much thinking along that line in his reports BEFORE Saix even approached him. So why was Saix needed again? He wanted to atone by... STILL BEING EVIL? Help me out here Nomura. The story was too busy setting up Retcon Girl’s insertion instead of letting Saix/Isa be a character with his own pain. When you have such an evil character’s ENTIRE motivation be someone we have never seen or heard from before than it’s your duty as a writer to then show some humanity in said evil character. Nomura failed heavily on both counts. He never made Saix give a damn about this girl before now, and he made sure to show him as nothing but a bastard the ENTIRE series. What kind of writing is this? Also there is no way Retcon X would be touched that he gave up his humanity (twice at that) for her or that he did horrible, HORRIBLE things in her name. This whole thing makes Isa/Saix creepy as hell. He DEBASED himself for twelve years for a girl he doesn't even know. Basically EVERY game has went OUT OF ITS WAY to DEHUMANIZE Saix. A strange choice if they always had redemption in mind. His arc now means every evil thing he did was of his own freewill,and not Xehanort's like Terra's predicament. This makes Isa/Saix a monster instead of tragic. I also noticed how Lea’s treats his lost friendship with Isa. Basically he doesn't mention Isa, and his nortification predicament, even once, throughout the entire game.However, he stayed having visible sadness for Roxas and Xion. He woke up dreaming about Roxas in the game before. He doesn’t even remember Xion properly but was outright crying about her and bringing extra icecreams and what not, but does he show even a little sadness about his 'possessed' old best friend? Crickets. It's only when Saix shows up on the clock tower that Lea remembers ‘oh I should save him to’. Even in Days they don’t act like they used to have a friendship. Hell Axel even straight up tells Roxas and Xion that he’s never had a bestfriend. EVERY scene is antagonistic between them whether it’s in the Days game or movie. Even if becoming Nobodies slowly broke their friendship apart Lea was human in Dream when he found out the truth about what Xehanort did to Saix and tried to do to the others and Sora. Yet in this game he still doesn’t care about Isa at all until the eleventh hour clock tower scene. This all just ties into something I've always thought, and it’s that Axel and Saix being friends, best or otherwise, came out of nowhere. It seems more and more that he's just a plot device for Axel/Lea's's angst in Days(as well as a portal to start Retcon's X story in this timeline) than a character in his own right.
My god that was the longest, most unsupported rant I’d ever seen. Saïx and Isa are two separate entities. Just because Saïx the *nobody* was an asshole doesn’t mean that Isa the *human* doesn’t deserve a chance at regaining the life that was torn away from him. It’s understandable that our emotions get the better of us sometimes and jealousy is one the most toxic emotions there is. Roxas and Xion were upset when he faded away because they’re good people and forgiveness is a step towards *maturity*. Also it’s heavily implied that without Isa as well as Vexen, neither of them would be able to return anyway. It sounds like your just angry that a character you hate got a happy ending which is okay but don’t try to make it seem like it doesn’t make any sense when it does.
Also um what the hell do you mean they don’t act like they used to have a friendship in Days. There were hints all over the place unless you just purposefully skipped those scenes. Saïx would say things like “you’ve changed” or “does the past mean nothing to you” and even once called him “Lea”. Even Roxas and Xion never called him that. When he said that he doesn’t have any best friends, that was another hint that their relationship had drifted apart and he doesn’t consider him a friend anymore. Like I said. You’re just upset because you’re not a fan of Isa but don’t try to make points when you don’t know what you’re talking about.
I didn't say they were never friends I said the EXECUTION was poor. They never once mourned their lost. It wasn't until the clockwork scene that I FINALLY felt like they actually used to give a damn about it other. They had to have known that they wanted to redeem Saix later on since they tentatively brought up this '‘friendship’' in the first place. However they went out of their way to show Saix as a sociopath with Days (the game ABOUT the organization at that) being the biggest offender, and even though the Days/KH2 novels and manga are of dubious canon he is also strongly showed to be a monster in them to. With THEIR friendship the writers seem like they wanted to IGNORE the KH themes of no one is above light touching them, and that a friendship is never so broken that forgiveness is out of reach forever. That would have been fine because with these two there were several games of strong negative groundwork for it. Their bond could have been the one that STAYS broken, and it would show that even in a story like Kingdom Hearts some friendships become so torn that even forgiveness is permanently out of reach. It would have been sad but realistic, and before that whiplash clock scene that interpretation seems like it's EXACTLY what the writers were going for. Their trajectory went like this: Birth By Sleep: Isa is kind of a douche but for some reason he and Lea are friends. Retcon Girl is never mentioned. Days: Saix is a douche. Axel hates him to the point he erases him from ever being his best friend. Retcon Girl is never mentioned. Kingdom Hearts 2: Saix is a douche. Axel hates him and POINTEDLY sics Sora on Saix to KILL him. Retcon Girl is never mentioned. Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance: Saix is a douche. Axel( now human) still doesn’t give a crap about him, and this is even after finding out the truth about him and Xehanort. Retcon Girl is never mentioned. Kingdom Hearts 3: Saix is a douche. Lea still doesn’t give a shit about him. Clock tower scene happens. THEN after he spends three and a half games not giving a fig about Saix he SUDDENLY wants to bring him home to.They also both have a mutual epiphany about Retcon Girl. Ultimately when it comes to the blue douche he was so vile and abusive that I wasn’t looking for Axel to show his sadness as strongly as he did for Roxas and Xion,but the narrative didn't even show an atom size bit for their lost friendship. In this game I thought we would finally see some positive reflection on his feelings toward his old friend, and his Xehanort predicament, but we got nothing. There was even a perfect time to bring him up, and that would have been in his quieter moments with Kairi. Roxas, Namine, Xion(he can't even truly remember her),and Ven(a boy he met for FIVE MINUTES 12 YEARS AGO) were talked about in sadness and refection,but he couldn’t even bring up saving his old best friend from Xehanort’s clutches even once? Another good moment was the Guardian congregation in Yensid’s tower. Ven brings up their past encounter, and yet Lea STILL doesn’t bring up Isa to the ONE other person in the room who would wonder where he is since he met Lea and Isa together. Lea just didn’t care, but by the end of the game the narrative expects US to when even the participants didn’t. Overall the execution of everything regarding their friendship was horribly done.
luna sun I think you may be a bit confused.. *Vexen* was the only character on record to willingly replant himself into the organization to help with the war. In this scene, when Saïx mentions following Xehanort’s nobody to discover what happened to mystery girl, he meant after they’d been recruited into the Organization the first time. It’s been explained before that because Isa had become so close to Xehanort during that time, he was selected to be one of the chosen and *unwillingly* made into a vessel. There’s a secret scene to back that up but I can’t recall which game it’s from right now.
I thought that to at first,but then strong context clues started pointing that he was retconnned to be willing. First Time -Ienzo blatantly tells Sora that he and the rest of the apprentices gave their hearts up willingly. Sure we see the exact opposite of that in the first cutscene of Dream Drop Distance,but that's the problem when you have retcons driving the story. A writer will now have to ignore what came before. -So now it stands to reason that because the new canon says that Ienzo and the others gave their hearts up willingly, and that Lea and Isa are now retconned to be apprentices who were in the room when this heart taking happened, that means they were willing to. -He also states he sacrificed everything to find Retcon X. Sacrifice unequivocally means willing. Second Time -Vexen's reports point blank say that he(vexen), as well as the rest of the original Org members, joined Xehanort of their own free will. -The Ultimania also confirms that Saix joined the New Org willingly. -This part still stands for the second time since he's obvious still obsessed with finding her after 12 years. He says he sacrificed everything to find Retcon X. Sacrifice unequivocally means willing. It would clear any murkiness regarding truly being willing are not if he ACTUALLY had self reflection going on either in the cutscenes or the secret reports,but unfortunately his whole character now revolves around this retcon girl. His lost humanity, his lost friendship, or helping bring about Armageddon doesn't matter. Just her. Like I've stated he's not a character in his own right. He's just a plot device for Axel's angst, and her insertion into the story going forward. It was in Re:Coded's secret ending that he was kidnapped. However, any sympathy for him there is gone since he's been now retconned to have given up his heart of his own will even though he begged for it back at his KH2 'death'.

I find it interesting how Isa reflects Riku's emotion in KH1. Riku felt like Sora was going world to world making new friends, and had totally replaced him and Kairi. It'll be interesting to see a new trio of Axel, Isa, and Subject X.
Well if you read the secret report, Subject X freed by Xigbar and always speaks "May Your Heart Be The Guiding Key". It"s not Skuld since she was connected to baby Xehanort and 90% it was Ava who lost her memory.
@@Mikael2492 Nomura never said that Skuld was the mother of Xehanort, he just said she was related to his mother...that's it It's also not Ava because the character files say that Subject X had BLACK hair...it's obviously Skuld And if you're still not convinced, take in mind that she was the only one who's fate we didn't saw at the end of Union X
@@stuntmanorigins9 Can you see all the Foreteller's hair under their robe? Even you couldn't see Ira's hair, don't mistakenly with it's unicorn's part. All of Ava's Union leader never said "May Your Heart Be The Guiding Key". Only Foreteller members and Master of Master say those line over and over again and the secret report told us Subject X only know those words since her arrival. Also you definitely forgot Ansem's conversation when he said Subject X has connection with the beginning of Keyblade War while Skuld didn't take part on it. Kingdom Hearts Main Game ( I, II, III, IV and so on ) which Sora is the main character won't expand too deep about other's game especially Dandelion and their Union Leader. That's why Ephemer only came as cameo and Ventus lost memory of his past. If Skuld is involved, their Main Game will be a mess since Skuld is related to Xehanort but his saga already ended on Kingdom Hearts III. They want us to only focus on Foreteller's as enemy but not every connection with them on Sora's story.

Not exactly. Nomura confirmed that the darkness also affected Riku in the first game. When Riku said “the door… is open” at the start of the game and Sora reached out to him, the darkness leaked into Riku’s heart and changed him. You don’t meet the “real” Riku until the end of the game where he says “DONT GIVE UP! Together we can do it, Sora!”
Even on different sides, Saix always has time to talk with Axel.. and thats why they remained in the Organization and got Saix to rise the ranks, so strange how the girl disappeared one day..
If you read the reports, and translated portions of the KHIII Ultimania, you'll learn Saix was trying to atone the whole time in KHIII. The plan Vexen was talking about was Saix's plan.
Another thing: will mysterious girl (Ava or whoever) find axel and Saïx again? I mean, don’t doubt it myself since this franchise values trios heavily.
a lot of people think its skuld. and if it is, yeah they're probably gonna bring her back for the sake of ven, larxene, and marluxia's memories possibly coming back
I think Lea kinda forgot about her, he had spend so much time with Roxas that was all he could think of. I know Subject X is new but ever since Roxas went back into Sora all Lea could think about was getting Roxas back and no one else. Which is sad because Isa was the opposite :'(

I feel like Subject X would have said something more significant about Luxu in the reports whether her memories were gone or not. I feel like it could be Skuld since we actually don't know what happened to her either.
No. Some mystery girl it never showed before. Ansem the Wise and Ansem Seeker of Darkness also mention her. They experimented on her heart and she disappeared. That’s why Ansem the Wise ended the experiments that led to his apprentices turning on him.

Nope its not Xion, Saix never cared for anyways and was an asshole to her. What he's talking about is back before they became Nobodies when they were Humans as Lea and Isa back around Birth By Sleep. Many speculate is someone from Union Cross
@Meteronome For someone who didn't care about Xion, he sure spent a heck of a lot of time and effort pulling one over Xehanort to make the organization invest literally half of it's activity in this game into resurrecting her. Yep, that's not caring at all. No sir.
He only started to care about her once he was recompleted and became a Nobody again, in other words once he repented for his previous actions. Either way the girl he's talking about in this scene isn't Xion.
