There are a few others with the same wheelbase and size that would also work for this type of build. The 1/20th GMC Sonoma and Nissan Hardbody, these are in the same line-up as the Toyota

Will this body fit the gladiator chassis, The gladiator wheelbase is 6.1" (155 mm) 22mm longer. unable to find the wheelbase for the amt 92 toyota model. Could i use any of the rear links of the other scx24 to shorten to correct size

Nice bong 👌 also you can get a bunch of other 1/20 scale kits cheaper than the Toyota. S10, F150, Nissan hardbody, explorer, ZJ Cherokee, and a few others. They actually did a whole bunch of 1/20 scale kits at one point. Theres even some rarer Japanese ones.
I just tracked down an S 10 and the Nissan hardbody but I can’t seem to find any of the other ones anywhere. Would love to get a bunch of them since it’s already starting to cool off here in Canada and I’m getting the itch to start building again

um. idk where to start, but if i got a deadbolt chassis, could i possibly send it to you to put a yota body on it? im new to this whole RC world. friend of mine introduced me to the hobby rc world recently and im doing my best to learn everything about it.
Looking to possibly get the scx24 gladiator but noticed it has a long er wheel base. Does anyone know if any hard shell bodies that would fit it ? If not i might just go with the scx24 jeep wrangler any thoughts or opinions
Not too many hardbody options for the scx24, but the gladiator has the newer esc combo in it. And is a great rig as it is. For hardbody grab a tr4m with their new Chevy body and build from that as they’re already ahi detail body but need paint imo
Haven’t tried any yet as with just having a better esc is a far better upgrade. The gladiator and bronco new V2 esc is amazing. We are running the 2.5” boggers on our blue gladiator and the motor doesn’t struggle or get hot
I replaced the stock SCX24 motor from my C-10 and installed the RGT 050 motor. I love it! The polarity was reversed and you'll need the RGT mounting plate as well.

Man it’s really a shame you can’t buy that kit anymore. Fkin resellers. Hahaha. I have been looking for any alternatives, do you have any recommendations of things could work? I found the same but 1:25 scale so probably it’s going to be way to big. Keep the great vids coming:)
@@ProNoobRC You said that the newer design would be easier to do. But how so? Which chassis would be ideal for the toyota body? Deadbolt/betty or the others? Are the electronics placed in different spots with the different chassis design?

nice build i do hard bodies on my scx24s my atlas's and my cr-18 ! i love that 1/20 yall made. i ve made a 66 nova, an international scout 2, a 2020 charger and 3 semis on the atlas platform. i love hard body conversions and my next 2 on the work bench is a first gen s10 and a 98 expedition for a friend. plz come checkout my channel ill post a link bellow i make rc and gold mining videos. great video guys!
